Jakarta – Secretary of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK), Etik Retno Wiyati, inaugurated and administered the oath of office to functional officials within the Ministry of Health on Monday in a hybrid manner (23/2).
A total of 17 functional officials were inaugurated, namely three people from the BKPK and 14 people from the Directorate General of Primary and Community Health (Ditjen Kesprimkom).
In his remarks, Etik emphasized the importance of carrying out their duties and functions responsibly, in line with the oath they swore. He hoped the newly inaugurated officials would demonstrate dedication, high integrity, and continuously strive to improve their competencies in their respective fields.
Considering that the performance agreement between the Head of the BKPK and the Minister of Health has been signed, Etik asked all functional officials to immediately understand their strategic positions and the concrete steps that must be taken to support these performance targets.
Ethics underlines that the transition to a functional position is not merely a formality procedure.
"The move into a functional position is not merely an administrative change but rather a more substantive role change to develop expertise in quality assurance and maintain objectivity in the execution of duties," Etik emphasized.
Ethics also reminds that all ranks have a collective responsibility in ensuring the success of the government's major agenda.
"Broadly speaking, we all support health transformation, in accordance with our respective duties," he continued.
Closing his remarks, Etik advised that the momentum of this inauguration should be a motivator to work more optimally. He hoped that the officials would reflect the core values of the ASN in accordance with tagline Ministry of Health, namely "Being Moral and "Proud to Serve the Nation".

- Marta Hadisyah Putra, S.Kom as the First Expert Computer Technician at BKPK
- Abdullah Fadilly, S.Tr.Kes as the First Expert Health Laboratory Technician at the Directorate General of Health, Health, and Communication
- Dwi Candra Arianti, S.Tr.Kes as the First Expert Health Laboratory Technician at the Directorate General of Health, Health, and Communication
- Erli Hariyati, S.Tr.Kes as the First Expert Health Laboratory Technician at the Directorate General of Health, Health, and Communication
- Dr. Feby Esmiralda, MKM as a Junior Specialist Doctor at the Directorate General of Health, Social, and Communication
- Ghaniy Arif Triatmojo, S.Kom as the First Expert Computer Technician at the Directorate General of Kesprimkom
- Gusti Meliyanie, SKM as a Young Expert Health Administrator at the Directorate General of Health, Health, and Communication
- Dr. Herna, Sp.MK as a Junior Specialist Doctor at the Directorate General of Health, Social, and Communication
