Jakarta - Secretary of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK) Etik Retno Wiyati inaugurated and took the oath of the Functional Officials and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) at the BKPK on Friday (19/3). The sixteen employees who were inaugurated and sworn in consisted of three functional officials and 13 PPPK.
In his speech, Etik hoped that the inauguration and taking of the oath of office could be used as a valuable momentum to make changes in performance for the better. In addition, he hoped that the newly inaugurated functional officials and PPPK could carry out their duties and functions in accordance with the regulations and their expertise to produce better performance.
"BKPK, which is supported by functional officials and PPPK, must be able to transform intothink tanksMinistry of Health. All policies must be based on evidence based. This is our shared task," said Etik.
Etik said the Ministry of Health is trying to carry out a health system transformation process that focuses on six pillars. The six pillars are the transformation of the primary health care system; transformation of the referral health care system; transformation of the health resilience system; transformation of the health financing system; transformation of health human resources; and transformation of the health technology system.
The six pillars of transformation require changes in organizational structure and policies including the needs and roles of functional officials in BKPK. Structural changes are made as part of an effort to create an organization that agile, flexible, and professional.
Furthermore, Etik appealed to BKPK employees to show themselves as ASN with MORALS, proud to serve the nation, and always oriented towards Service, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative. Etik also touched on the implementation of a new work culture, namely Effective Execution, New Ways of Working, and Excellent Service.
On this occasion, Etik also asked the inaugurated employees to have a far-sighted vision and be able to make positive breakthroughs through creative, innovative, and systematic thinking for the benefit of the organization. As a functional official, Etik advised to provide meaning and sincerity in every job that is done.
