The Decree of the Minister of Health Number HK.01.07/MENKES/326/2025 concerning information and documentation management within the Ministry of Health needs to be followed up with the appointment of Information and Documentation Management Officers (PPID) along with information and documentation service managers in each main unit. This is to ensure effective and efficient public information management within the Health Development Policy Agency. The management of these information and documentation services is inseparable from the role of information officers who have the ability, capacity, and communication skills so that these services can be carried out by functional officials such as public relations officers, archivists, librarians, computer technicians, health administrators, and so on.
