Secretariat of the Health Policy and Development Agency

The Agency Secretariat coordinates the implementation of tasks and provides administrative support for the Agency.

In carrying out these duties, the Agency Secretariat carries out the following functions:

  • coordination and preparation of Agency plans, programs, activities and budgets; management and preparation of Agency financial reports;
  • management and preparation of reports on state assets of the Agency;
  • coordination and implementation of quality assurance and risk management within the Agency;
  • preparation of the Agency's statutory regulations;
  • preparation of the formulation of the Agency's cooperation agreement;
  • implementation of the Agency's legal advocacy;
  • arrangement and evaluation of the organization and administration of the Agency;
  • facilitating the implementation of the Agency's bureaucratic reform;
  • management of the Agency's human resources;
  • management of the Agency's public relations and libraries;
  • management of Agency data and information systems;
  • monitoring, evaluation, and reporting; and
  • implementation of administrative affairs of the Agency Secretariat.
