dr. Retna Mustika Indah, MKM
Retna completed her medical education from Trisakti University in 2008 and completed her master's degree at the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia, majoring in Health Economics in 2018. Since February 2024, she has been assigned as a Project Management Officer for the Center for Health Effort Policy. Retna has published several scientific articles in the field of infectious diseases, particularly related to tuberculosis. Retna has also received grant funding from various institutions to present her research results at a number of international conferences. Her 10 years of experience in the field of research supports Retna in carrying out her current work at the BKPK, namely developing evidence-based policies.
Mujiati, SKM, M.Kes
Muji was born in Purwokerto, August 3, 1980. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Public Health from Diponegoro University. His work experience began in 2003 as a lecturer at a Health College in Purwokerto, then in 2010 he was accepted at the Ministry of Health's Research and Development Agency and placed at the Center for Public Health Intervention Technology as a researcher. In 2015 he joined the Center for Research and Development of Health Resources and Services. Several national health surveys he has been involved in are Rifaskes 2011, Risnakes 2017, Riskesdas 2018, Rifaskes 2019, SSGI 2024, and SKI 2023. The Center for Research and Development of Health Resources was then transformed into the Center for Health Effort Policy, and in this Center Muji was once the Head of the Working Team for Health Promotion, Early Detection and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases. Currently Muji is an Associate Expert Policy Analyst.

Heny Lestary, SKM, MKM
Born in Jakarta on January 12, 1975, Heny began her service at the Ministry of Health with a Diploma III AKL Depkes diploma. Since April 1999, she was placed at Balitbangkes and began her career as an administrative staff. After completing her study assignment in 2004, Heny began her career as a Researcher. Since 2010, she has earned the trust of the Leadership to hold concurrent functional and structural positions in the technical field, and has played an active role in overseeing various national-scale health surveys. Among them are the 2011 and 2019 Rifaskes, the 2010, 2013, and 2018 Riskesdas, the 2016 Sirkesnas, the 2017 Risnakes, the 2020 SKAM-RT, and the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey (SKI). In addition, Heny is also involved in various non-national surveys according to the Balitbangkes research agenda. Strengthening her academic competency was achieved by obtaining a SKM (Special Skills) degree in 2004 and an MKM (Special Skills) degree in 2010 from the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia. Following the institutional transformation of Balitbangkes into the BKPK (Indonesian Health Research and Development Agency), in 2022, Heny moved to the functional position of Junior Expert Policy Analyst. Subsequently, in 2023, through a staff transfer process, she began serving at the Center for Health Effort Policy and was entrusted with the role of Head of the Working Team. In the 2024–2025 period, Heny earned the leadership's trust to oversee the RPMK (Regional Health Plan) preparation process coordinated by the Directorate General of Primary and Community Health, as part of strengthening health effort policies.

Ferdinan Samson Tarigan, SKM, MKM
Born in Kisaran on February 6, 1977, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of North Sumatra and a Master's degree in Health Administration and Policy from the University of Indonesia. He has worked as a Legal, Organizational, and Public Relations Staff at the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Public Health Development, Ministry of Health. He served as Head of the Multilateral Health Cooperation Sub-Division and Head of the Regional Health Cooperation Section. He currently serves as an Associate Expert Policy Analyst at the Center for Health Effort Policy.
Oster Suriani Simarmata, SKM., MKM
Oster, commonly known as Oster, was born in Bawang Itu on October 7, 1978. He completed his undergraduate degree in Public Health at the University of North Sumatra and continued his Master's degree at the University of Indonesia. His work experience at the Ministry of Health began in 2006 as the First Expert Researcher at the Center for Ecology and Health Status Research and Development. He currently serves as a Junior Expert Policy Analyst at the Center for Health Effort Policy.
Sugiharti, SKM, MKM
Born in Central Jakarta on May 4, 1971. Completed his Master's degree in Public Health at the University of Indonesia in 2010. He began his career at the Ministry of Health in 1995 as a staff member at the Center for Ecology and Health Status Research and Development, with a total of more than three decades of service. Since January 15, 2025, he joined the Center for Health Effort Policy through an employee transfer process and currently serves as a Junior Expert Policy Analyst.
Dr. Yenni Risniati, M.Epid
Born in Jakarta on August 26, 1978. His work experience began in 2012 as the First Research Expert at the Center for Applied Health Technology and Clinical Epidemiology, and has continued to the Center for Health Efforts. He currently serves as a Junior Health Administrator.
Dian Widiati, S.Sos
Familiarly known as Dian, she began her career at the Ministry of Health in 2011. With a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science with a concentration in Public Relations, Dian focuses on strengthening health policy communication. Currently, she serves as a Junior Expert Public Relations Officer at the Center for Health Policy Efforts. Outside of her official duties, Dian is active as a member of the Central Board of the Public Relations Officers Association (Iprahumas), as part of her commitment to improving the professional capacity of public relations while expanding her collaborative network.
Dr. Lamria Pangaribuan, M. Epid
Lamria is her nickname, born in Gasaribu, a small village in Tobasa Regency, North Sumatra, on February 12, 1973. She earned her undergraduate degree from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia (FKUI) and her Masters in Community Epidemiology from the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia (FKM UI). After graduating, she pursued a PTT (Private Training and Evaluation) at the Kabandungan Sukabumi Community Health Center as Head of the Community Health Center. In 2002, she became a civil servant at Balitbangkes as a researcher. During her time as a researcher, she was involved in many major surveys such as Riskesdas, SPTB, TB Drug Resistance Survey, SKI conducted by Balitbangkes as both technical and chief executive. When Balitbangkes transformed into BKPK, she moved from a functional position as a researcher to a Young Expert Policy Analyst. Since 2022, she has served at the Center for Health Effort Policy.

Mutia graduated with a Bachelor of Philosophy degree from the University of Indonesia. She joined the Ministry of Health in 2019 and currently serves at the Center for Health Policy Efforts, Health Development Policy Agency, as First Expert Policy Analyst.

Bunga Christitha Rosha, S.Sos, M.Sc
Born and residing in Bekasi. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Jenderal Soedirman University and a Master's degree in Community Nutrition from the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB). Her work experience began in 2006 as a Researcher at the Nutrition and Food Research and Development Center, then in 2011 she was transferred to the Center for Public Health Intervention Technology. Bunga contributed to National Health Surveys such as Rifaskes 2011, Riskesdas (2013 and 2018), SKI (2023) SSGI (2020-2024). During her time as a researcher, she has been involved in several nutrition and health studies and published scientific articles in various scientific journals. When the Health Research and Development Agency transitioned to BKPK, she was assigned to Pusjak KGTK, then on April 1, 2024, she was transferred to the Center for Health Effort Policy. She currently serves as a Policy Analyst.

Jusniar, as he is commonly known, was born in Kediri, East Java, on July 15, 1969. He holds a Bachelor of Biology from the National University and a Master of Health Entomology from the Bogor Agricultural University (IPB). He worked as a researcher at the Health Research and Development Agency (Balitbangkes) in 1997. When Litbangkes transformed into the BKPK (Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission) in 2022, he moved to a policy analyst position at the Center for Health Effort Policy, where he remains today.

Nova, the nickname commonly used, was born in Bukit Tinggi on October 24, 1978. His work experience began as the First Expert Researcher in 2012 at the Center for Applied Health Technology and Clinical Epidemiology.

Born in Bungo Tebo on December 1, 1986, he earned a bachelor's degree in pharmacy from the University of Indonesia and a master's degree in public health from the University of Indonesia. His work experience began in 2012 as a researcher at the Center for Research and Development of Health Resources and Services. He currently serves as a Junior Expert Policy Analyst.

Born in Jakarta on October 8, 1970, he began his service at the Health Ecology Research and Development Center in 1998 as an administrative staff member with a D3 APK-TS degree from the Ministry of Health. After completing his Bachelor's degree in Public Health at the University of Indonesia, he has pursued a career as a researcher since 2014. In 2022, he joined the Center for Health Effort Policy and currently serves as the First Expert Health Administrator.

Dr. Made Dewi Susilawati, M.Epid
Made, a familiar name in the civil service, was born in Singaraja, Bali on August 19, 1972. He earned his undergraduate degree from the Faculty of Medicine, Gadjah Mada University (UGM) and his master's degree in Clinical Epidemiology from the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia (UI). After graduating, he had the opportunity to become the Head of a Community Health Center in Indramayu Regency during his PTT (Private Training Center). In 2002, he was appointed as a civil servant in Bogor Regency and began his career as the Head of a Community Health Center, Head of Section at the Bogor Regency Health Office, and Head of the Regional Health Laboratory Technical Implementation Unit (UPT Labkesda). When Balitbangkes transformed into the BKPK (Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission), he moved from a functional position as a researcher to a Junior Expert Health Administrator and had the opportunity to become a surveyor for the Primary Health Care Facility (FKTP). Since 2022, he has served at the Center for Health Effort Policy.

Born in Ternate on April 25, 1985, he earned a Master's degree in Public Health from Gadjah Mada University. He began his career as an employee at Jailolo Regional Hospital, West Halmahera Regency. In 2020, he joined the Center for Research and Development of Health Resources and Services, which has now been transformed into the Center for Health Efforts. Dr. Natalie Laurencia, M.Sc
Natalie, her nickname, was born in Jakarta on December 25, 1981, pursuing her General Medicine education at the Christian University of Indonesia and completing her Masters in Microbiology and Immunology at The University of Nottingham in England in 2022. Her work experience began in 2008 as a PTT doctor at the Maluku Province Community Lung Health Center. In 2010, she joined the Ministry of Health as a researcher at the Center for Biomedical and Basic Health Technology, Health Research and Development Agency as research leader, member and technical team with a focus on research related to infectious diseases and national research such as the 2012-2017 Tuberculosis Vaccine Consortium, 2013 Riskesdas, 2013-2014 National TB Prevalence Survey, 2016 PTM Research and 2023 Indonesian Health Survey. Previously in 2023-2024 she was responsible as the Head of the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Policy Working Team with a functional position as First Expert Policy Analyst at the Center for Health Effort Policy.

Makruf, the nickname commonly used, was born in Sidoarjo City, East Java on July 16, 1968, his higher education was a Bachelor of Health at Airlangga University, and continued in the field of health resource development at the same university. His work experience began as a Community Health Center employee, 2 years later he was entrusted as head of the Community Health Center in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi, in 2000 he moved to Surabaya as a researcher at the Health Research and Development Center in Surabaya, but in addition to being a researcher he was entrusted to concurrently serve as a Structural Official including as Head of Planning and Evaluation, Head of Administration, Head of Finance and General Affairs, Head of Planning and Information, currently holds a functional position as Middle Policy Analyst at the Health Development Policy Agency. His interest in health management studies includes human resource management, he collaborated with Airlangga University to create a workload calculation module and performance appraisal and provide training to staff in several hospitals in Indonesia. Research experiences include the 2007-2024 National Survey, Community Health Center Management Study, Decentralization Study, PIS-PK Study.

Ema, as she is usually called, was born in Jakarta on March 22, 1979. Her education includes a Bachelor's degree in Community Nutrition and Family Resources (GMSK) from the Bogor Agricultural Institute and a Master's degree in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Indonesia. Her work experience began in 2002 at the Health Research and Development Agency as a staff member at the Nutrition and Food Research and Development Center. From 2011 to 2021, she served as a researcher and contributed to various national research projects, namely Riskesdas (2013 & 2018), SDT 2014, Sirkesnas 2016, Risnakes 2017, SSGBI 2019, SDSG 2020, SSGI (2022 & 2024), and SKI 2023. When the Health Research and Development Agency transformed into BKPK, Ema served as a Young Expert Administrator at the Center for Health Effort Policy.

Is the first expert statistician at the Health Development Policy Agency, Education that has been completed is Diploma III Informatics Engineering at the University of Persada Indonesia YAI in 2002, and obtained a Bachelor of Public Health from the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia in 2014. Joined the Ministry of Health in 2005 with a placement as an implementing staff data analyst and information at the Secretariat of the Health Research and Development Agency. Since 2015 until now, involved in the management and data management activities of various national health surveys conducted by the Health Research and Development Agency / BKPK. He also masters several statistical software tools and data visualization using QGIS and Tableau.

Born in Bandung on April 21, 1989, she earned a bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of Indonesia. She began her career in 2010 as a Research and Development Technician at the Center for Applied Health Technology and Clinical Epidemiology. Zainal Umaaya, S.Kep, Ns
I was born in the historic land of the North Maluku Sultanate in 1986. As a native, I have a strong passion for contributing to the nation's progress, particularly in the health sector. My education began with a Diploma Three degree at the Ternate Ministry of Health Polytechnic, followed by a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the Faculty of Medicine, Hasanuddin University, Makassar. To strengthen my governance perspective, I pursued a Master of Accounting degree at the Indonesian Institute of Economics (STIE Indonesia). My work experience began as a regional contract employee at various health facilities in Ternate. As a civil servant, I served in remote areas at the Kou Community Health Center and the Waitina Community Health Center in the Sula Islands. In 2019, I moved to the central level at the Ministry of Health. Until 2026, I served as the First Expert Health Administrator at the BKPK (Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission), committed to supporting the Transformation of National Health Policy oriented towards public service, research, and the sustainable implementation of modern Indonesia.

Mitri, the nickname commonly used, was born in East Jakarta, DKI Jakarta on November 3, 1972, his higher education was a bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of Indonesia and continued his education in Health Informatics at the same university. His work experience began in 1997 at the Health Research and Development Agency, which has since changed to the BKPK, where he was entrusted with the position of Head of Planning and Evaluation, Head of Finance and General Affairs, Head of Administration and General Affairs, and currently holds the position of Young Expert Archivist.

Ieke, her nickname. Born in Jakarta on July 7, 1981, she completed a bachelor's degree in Public Health at the University of Indonesia and a master's degree in Human Resource Development Administration at the University of Indonesia. In 2024, she joined the Health Efforts Center as a Junior Expert Human Resource Analyst.

Gottfried, usually called Adi, completed his Bachelor's degree in Information Systems at Gunadarma University in 2017. He joined the Ministry of Health in 2022. As a Computer Technician, Gottfried carries out computer-based information technology system activities, for example related to national health surveys and other activities that require electronic data collection modes.

Cahyo Widodo is a civil servant in the financial sector with a relevant educational background and experience. He completed his Diploma 3 in Accounting at the Bogor Agricultural Institute in 2009, then in 2011 continued his Bachelor's degree in Management with a concentration in Finance at the same campus and graduated in 2013. His career in the government sector began in 2014 after joining the Ministry of Health as a Civil Servant Candidate. Reny nickname. Born in Jakarta on December 26, 1987. Currently, she is the First Expert Archivist at the Center for Health Effort Policy. She has been a civil servant for 12 years. Before becoming a civil servant, she had a career and worked at Bank Central Asia for 2,5 years from 2008 to 2010.

Born in Bogor, July 18, 1981. Completed his Diploma IV A in Archiving at the Open University. Muhamad Saefullah, S.Ak is the First Expert Planner at the Central Work Unit of Health Effort Policy since 2025. He completed his Bachelor of Accounting education at Ibn Khaldun University Bogor. His career at the Ministry of Health began in 2011 with an initial placement at the Bogor Nutrition Research and Development Center, in the Financial Administration Sub-Division of the Bogor Nutrition Training Building. In 2016, he was entrusted as a Verifier in the General Administration Sub-Division. Subsequently, in 2019, he served as a Staff Commitment Making Officer (PPK) at the SDPK Research and Development Center, and in 2024 continued his role as a Staff Commitment Making Officer (PPK) at the BKPK Secretariat.
