Principal Expert Policy Analyst

Dr. dr. Wiendra Waworuntu, M.Kes

Wiendra Waworuntu was born in Daeng City, Makassar, on March 30, 1962. His career in health began in Maluku Province, where he served for approximately 14 years, before the region was divided into North Maluku Province. Previously, he served in South Sulawesi Province, specifically in Barru Regency, as a PTT doctor and Head of the Madello Community Health Center in Madello District, known for its bolu fish ponds. After getting married, he moved to Ternate City, North Maluku, with Mount Gamalama as a backdrop. His career includes positions as Head of the Siko Community Health Center, Head of the Referral Services Section, Head of the Disease Prevention and Control Division, and Head of the Ternate, Ambon, and Medan Port Health Offices. At the central level, he served as Director of Surveillance, Immunization, Quarantine, and Matra Health, Director of Traditional Health Services, Director of Public Drug Governance, Director of Pharmaceutical Services, and as a Principal Expert Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Health.

Project Management Officer

dr. Cicih Opitasari, MARS

Born in Brebes Regency, known for its salted egg and shallot production. He studied medicine at the Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University, and earned his medical degree in 2005. He began his career as a non-permanent employee (PTT) doctor at the Ministry of Health in 2006-2009, working at a community health center in Banyumas, Central Java. Before finally joining the Ministry of Health in 2010 as a researcher at the Health Research and Development Agency. In 2016, he continued his postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Public Health, UI, and earned a Masters in Hospital Administration in 2018. Along with the organizational restructuring at the Ministry of Health in 2022, which changed Balitbangkes to the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK), he transformed into a Policy Analyst at the Center for Health Effort Policy. In 2023, he was entrusted as the Head of the Policy Working Team for Governance and Quality of Referral Health Services. Furthermore, in 2024, he was appointed as Project Management Officer (PMO) at the Center for Health Effort Policy and in 2025, he continued as PMO at the Center for Health Resilience System Policy.

Dr. Apt. Nanang Yunarto, M.Si

Nanang Yunarto was born in Jepara, Central Java. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and Pharmacist (2003) from Gadjah Mada University. He earned his Master's degree in Herbal Pharmacy (2014) and his Doctorate in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Indonesia (2023). He began his career as Production Head at PT Dexa Medica in 2003, then as Plant Manager at PT Yarindo Farmatama in 2007, and Manufacturing Director at PT Sukses Abadi Farmindo in 2009. Then, in mid-2010, he joined the Ministry of Health's Research and Development Agency as a researcher, serving as Head of the Sub-Directorate of Diagnostic Product Instruments (2018-2020) and Head of the Pharmaceutical Laboratory (2016-2022). After completing his doctoral studies, he joined the Pharmaceutical Resilience Working Team of the Health Resilience System Center of the BKPK. Awards that have been won include Exemplary Researcher in 2014 and 2018, Winner of the Most Productive Publication in 2020-2021 in both highly reputable international and nationally accredited journals, Product Patent in 2022, IPR, Hero of the Month of the SKK SDK Policy Center in 2024, as well as an active author of several books at Litbangkes Press and IKAPI publishers. During his career, he contributed by being the Head of Research Implementation, National Scale Research Technical Team such as Riskesdas, PTM, SKMI, ACKM, Health Research Ethics Committee, and Intellectual Property Center. International training attended by WHO, Global Fund, CDC in the field of pharmacy, good manufacturing practices, pre and clinical studies, ISO, and national training on leadership training, ISO, and laboratory accreditation.

Head of the Pharmaceutical Resilience Policy and Strategy Working Team

Andi Leny, S.Si, Apt., MKM

Andi Leny Susyanty completed her Bachelor of Pharmacy, Pharmacist Profession, and Master of Public Health at the University of Indonesia. She began her career in Product Development at a National Pharmaceutical Industry, then joined the Ministry of Health as a Researcher at the Health Research and Development Agency until now, transforming into a Policy Analyst at the Health Development Policy Agency with expertise in the pharmaceutical and medical devices fields. She contributed to various research and studies in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health human resources, and health economics, as well as technical teams in national surveys such as Basic Health Research, National Health Indicator Survey, Health Facility Research, and the Indonesian Health Survey. Throughout her career, she has attended various courses and trainings, both domestically and internationally, related to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and health policy. She has produced publications, including policy briefs and articles in national and international journals, focusing on improving drug access and evaluating health policies. In 2023-2024, she served as Chair of the Medical Device Resilience System Policy Working Team, and since 2025, she has served as Chair of the Pharmaceutical Resilience Policy and Strategy Working Team.

Nyoman Fitri, SSi, MS, Apt

Born and raised in Jakarta, she has dedicated herself to the Indonesian healthcare sector for nearly two decades. Her career began in 2005 when she joined the Health Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Health. Over the years, she has played an active role in various research activities and the development of national health policies. In 2022, she continued her service by joining the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK). At this institution, she participated in the process of formulating policies and strategies for sustainable national health development. She completed her higher education at the University of Indonesia, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and continued her studies as a Pharmacist. Her passion for learning has taken her internationally, pursuing a Master's Program at the University of Arkansas in the United States and a Doctoral Program at Thammasat University in Thailand. Throughout her career, she has been involved not only in research and policy activities but also actively participated in various national and international training programs in the fields of pharmacy and health policy. She has also contributed to numerous publications and scientific activities, and has been part of various technical teams in national-scale research. He believes that strong research and sound policies are the keys to bringing real change to the health of Indonesian people.

Herni Asih Setyorini, S.Farm, Apt

Herni Asih Setyorini was born in Jakarta and completed her Diploma 3 in Pharmacy at the Jakarta II Health Polytechnic. She joined the Indonesian Ministry of Health, Health Research and Development Agency (Badan Litbangkes) in 2003. In 2007, she received a valuable opportunity to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and in 2011 completed her Pharmacist Professional education at the University of Indonesia. In 2013, she pursued a career as a Researcher at the Center for Biomedical and Basic Health Technology, Badan Litbangkes. Here, she contributed to the development of research that impacted the advancement of the health world in Indonesia. Along with the change in organizational structure at the Ministry of Health, in 2022 she moved to become a Health Administrator at the Health Development Policy Agency, Center for Health Security System Policy, which focuses on formulating policies and strategies that support health security in Indonesia.

Evika Hermiyanti, S.Farm

Born and currently residing in Bekasi City. I earned a Diploma in Pharmacy from the Jakarta Health Polytechnic and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the Jakarta National Institute of Science and Technology. In 2015, I began my career at the Ministry of Health, Health Research and Development Agency, as a Research and Engineering Technician. In 2024, I joined the Health Development Policy Agency, and since 2025, I have served as the First Expert Policy Analyst on the Pharmaceutical Resilience Policy and Strategy Working Team at the Center for Health Resilience System Policy.

Tri Auri Putri Ayuningtyas, S.Tr.Gz

Born in Nganjuk and graduated from the Poltekkes Kemenkes Malang with a Bachelor of Applied Nutrition and Dietetics in 2021. She began her career in the private sector as a Nutritionist and held several other roles that enriched her professional experience in the field of nutrition and health. She continued her career at the Ministry of Health in 2025 and served as the First Expert Health Administrator at the Health Development Policy Agency. She is currently a member of the Pharmaceutical Resilience Policy and Strategy Working Team at the Center for Health Resilience System Policy.

Head of the Medical Devices Resilience Policy and Strategy Working Team

Ida Diana Sari, S.Si, Apt., MPH

Born in Lubuk-Linggau, South Sumatra Province. Started his career as a Pharmacist in the Quality Control Division of PT. Dankos Laboratories, Tbk. Joined the Ministry of Health since 2003. Became a Researcher in 2005 at the Health Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Health. Graduated from the Pharmacy Profession, Faculty of Pharmacy and Master of Public Health Science Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Gadjah Mada University. In 2022, he transformed into a Young Expert Policy Analyst at the Center for Health Resilience System Policy and Health Resources, Health Development Policy Agency. In mid-2022, he was assigned to be the Head of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Resilience System Policy Working Team, then in 2024 he was assigned to be the Head of the Pharmaceutical Resilience System Policy Working Team. In 2025, he was assigned to be the Head of the Medical Devices Policy and Strategy Working Team, Center for Health Resilience System Policy, BKPK. Publications that have been produced range from articles in National and International Accreditation Journals and Policy Briefs in the scope of Pharmacy and Medical Devices.

Holy Arif Wibowo, S.Si

Holy Arif Wibowo is a Biology Graduate of Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta who has served as a State Civil Apparatus at the Indonesian Ministry of Health since 2008 and has been recognized through the Satya Lencana Karya Satya X award. He has experience as a Molecular Biology Researcher, infectious and non-infectious diseases such as TB research (LAMP), HIV, BRCA and HPV as well as experience in various national and international trainings. His contributions include more than 15 scientific publications and 2 patents in the field of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis detection. Currently, he has switched functions to become a policy analyst who is committed to developing evidence-based health policies.

Indah Sulistyowati, S.Si

Indah Sulistyowati completed her Bachelor of Chemistry degree at Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University, Jakarta. Since 2010, she has joined the Health Research and Development Agency as a Research and Development Technician, actively supporting various research and development activities in the pharmaceutical field, producing 13 scientific articles published in both national and international scientific journals. Institutional transformation in 2022 has led her to adapt and develop her role as a Policy Analyst, focusing on analysis and formulation of evidence-based policies at the Center for Health Resilience System Policy, Health Development Policy Agency.

Intan Sari Oktoberia, S.Si

Born in Jakarta with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah. He began his career at PT Mitralab Buana, a laboratory environment company, for four years. He joined the Ministry of Health in December 2010, working as a technician in the Pharmaceutical Laboratory at the Biomedical Research and Development Center and the Research and Development Center for Biomedical Engineering. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he was assigned to the data management team. When the Research and Development Center for Health was transformed into the Financial and Development Agency (BKPK), he was assigned to the Research and Development Center for the Social and Political Sciences (Pusjak SKK SDK) with the functional position of first policy analyst.

Willy Kurniadi, A.Md

Willy Kurniadi is an Informatics professional with over 16 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and strategic data processing. He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology degree from Nusa Mandiri University, Jakarta. His career includes crucial IT roles in various government and private institutions, such as PT. Pratama Link, Arrahman Islamic School, and the Ministry of Home Affairs, before joining the Ministry of Health in 2021 as a Computer Administrator. He has a strong track record in national-scale technical support, ranging from Covid-19 logistics procurement management to strategic roles as a member of the Data Management team for the 2022/2024 Indonesian Nutritional Status Survey (SSGI) and the 2023 SKI. He currently dedicates his expertise to the Medical Devices Working Team at the SKK BKPK Policy Center.

Nadzifa Qathrunnada, S.Ds.

Nadzifa is a graphic designer experienced in providing visual solutions for various organizations and communities. Born in Yogyakarta, she works as a policy analyst at the Development Policy Agency of the Ministry of Health. She has won several poster design competitions, including second place at the Yogyakarta-Central Java level for reproductive health and first place at the national level for culture. Previously, she worked as a freelance graphic designer and social media specialist at an event organizer company. With a passion for Visual Communication Design, I bring a holistic approach to design that aligns creativity with strategic objectives.

Head of the Working Team for Health Emergency and Climate Change Policy and Strategy

dr. Ira Cyndira Tresna, MIKom

Dr. Ira is a professional in the field of Disaster Health with over 25 years of experience in planning, training, management, coordination, simulation, and leadership in the field. She earned her general medical degree from the Christian University of Indonesia and a Master of Communication Science degree from Mercu Buana University. Her background experience in various disaster locations in Indonesia began as a Medical Coordinator at the International Medical Corps and continued when she joined the Health Crisis Center, Ministry of Health. Her international experience as a Technical Expert Multi-Country Emergency Medical Teams Training Hub for Health Emergency Operational Readiness with the Indonesian Defense University and several other positions at the ASEAN level. Currently as an Associate Expert Policy Analyst specifically related to health emergency policies and climate change.

Dr. Ina Agustina Isturini, MKM

A doctor graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Padjadjaran University and a master's degree in public health from the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia, majoring in health policy and law. Has 20 years of experience managing health crises and 1 year of infectious disease management. Currently an associate expert policy analyst. Some of the research/scientific papers that have been published include: 1) As the main author in the research Evidence-based policy analysis on discrepancies between national regulation and programs related to safe health facilities and international framework (2015); 2) As a supporting author in Health Crisis Response in Indonesia in 2016; Health Sector Preparedness During the Eid-al-Fitr Homecoming Across Indonesia in 2017; & How the ARCH Project Could Contribute to Strengthening ASEAN Regional Capacities on Disaster Health Management (2022). 3) As one of the authors of an article in the book Roadmap for Indonesian Economic, Health, & Tourism Recovery during and after the COVID-19 Pandemic (ILUNI UI, 2022) with the article title Anticipating Other Disasters during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Joined the Health Research and Development Agency around 2000. Placed in the Secretariat of the Health Research and Development Agency. Educational background: FKM-UI and Masters FK UGM. The scope of work handled includes the General and Finance Section, the Science and Technology Information Network Section, Research and Development, managing Scientific Journals, Program and Cooperation Sector. In 2022, the name changed to the Health Development Policy Agency. In October 2023, he joined the Functional Policy Analyst in the Health Workforce Planning and Empowerment Work Team of the Pusjak SKK and SDK. Since January 31, 2025, he has joined the Health Emergency Management and Climate Change Strategy Policy Working Team.

Luxi Riajuni Pasaribu, S.Si, M.Sc.PH

Started working at Balitbangkes in 1996 at the Nutrition Research and Development Center as a candidate researcher in the Microbiology lab, and moved to the Biomedical Research and Development Center in 2000 as a researcher in the infectious disease group with the topics of diarrhea, tuberculosis, and ISR (including HIV and STIs) and became a member of the National AIDS Commission. In 2016 moved to the Public Health Efforts Research and Development Center still with the topic of ISR research. Also always involved in National/Regional Research since 2004. Then chose to be at BKPK and became a Health Administrator at the KGTK and SKK Center with Implementation Research/studies related to BGSi and Climate Change.

Ika Permatasari, SKM, MKM

Born in Jakarta in 1982, she completed her Masters in Public Health at the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia. Since 2005, she has served as a civil servant at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, initially in the Directorate of Community Nutrition Development. She served in the Directorate of Child Health (2007–2009), then continued her career in the Directorate of Family Health (2010–2018), and in the Directorate of Nutrition and Maternal and Child Health (2019–2024). Since April 2024, she has joined the Center for Health Resilience System Policy.

Siti Arda Mauliti, S.Pd

Dreaming of becoming a writer, ended up becoming an analyst. Initially writing to channel emotions, now transformed into a step of action. Born and raised in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, then stepped into the role of Policy Analyst at the Health Development Policy Agency. Armed with experience in the Sanitation and Waste Management Sector of the Banjarmasin City Environmental Service, as well as a background of Bachelor of Chemistry Education and Master of Public Administration at Lambung Mangkurat University, rooted confidence. In addition to being involved in social activities and collaboration with cross-sectors and international countries in the field of waste, continues to develop capacity through various training both nationally and internationally as a form of strengthening.

Environmental Health and Disease Control Policy and Strategy Working Group

dr. Muhammad Karyana, M.Kes

Karyana, a doctor who graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia (FKUI) in 1995, is an Associate Health Administrator. He also holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Indonesia (UI) in 2005 and has 25 years of experience in infectious disease science. His civil servant career began in 1999 at the Center for Health Services and Technology Research and Development as a Researcher at the Health Research and Development Agency (BPBD). His primary research focus is disease pathogenesis, with the aim of improving the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases. In 2025, he was entrusted with the position of Chair of the Disease Control and Environmental Health Policy and Strategy Working Team, BKPK (Indonesian Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology).

Dr. Ir. Bambang Setiaji, SKM, M.Kes.

Bambang Setiaji graduated with a Doctorate in Public Health from the University of Indonesia in 2009, a Masters in Public Health from the University of Indonesia in 2001, and a FKM-UI in 1996. He is currently a Senior Policy Analyst at the Center for Health Security System Policy. He has held echelon 3 structural positions in several units within the Ministry of Health, including the Center for Health Promotion, the Secretary General of Public Health, the Sulianti Saroso Infectious Disease Hospital (RSPI-SS), the Balitbangkes, and echelon 3 at the BKPK, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. He was the Head of the GERMAS Working Team at the Center for Health Effort Policy, BKPK. He has participated in international training and meetings in the field of Public Health, including in Kalutara, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Hong Kong, Nairobi, South Africa, Singapore, Japan, Washington DC, United States, and Sweden. He is a resource person/teacher in the field of Public Health at various universities, writes books and articles in the field of Public Health, becomes a facilitator and entrepreneur in the field of Public Health.

Dr. Danny Fajar Mogsa Manalaksak

Born in Jakarta and completed her medical education at the Faculty of Medicine, University of North Sumatra in 2006. After completing her medical education, she underwent a PTT (Private Training Center) in Papua Province. She joined the Ministry of Health as a civil servant with a functional position as a researcher at the Health Research and Development Agency (Balitbangkes). After Balitbangkes transformed into the BKPK (Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission), her functional position changed to Health Administrator, initially placed at the Center for Health Effort Policy and subsequently joined the Center for Health Security System Policy.

Desi Fitrianeti, SKM, M.Si.

Born in Padang Sarai Koto Tangah Padang Village, West Sumatra in 1981, starting her career from the small market of Lubuk Buaya Padang Province, West Sumatra, Desi FN embarked on an unusual career path. She started with the sweat of a small trader, forged by the discipline of an athlete, from a Taekwondo and Rock Climbing Athlete, who is full of dedication. She took the path of Public Health Sciences at the Prof. Dr. Hamka Health Faculty, South Jakarta, until she became a Civil Servant in the Mentawai Islands Regency for 12 years. 2010-2017 she served as Echelon IV/a. Continuing her Masters in Sociology at UNAND, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. May 2017-2023 she was assigned to the Indonesian Ministry of Health. Currently assigned to the Pusjak SKK BKPK, Ministry of Health, RI as a Middle Policy Analyst. His work has been involved in national research as an enumerator, Technical Team, PJT Regency/City/Prov, Involved in the preparation of RPMK, RPerpres, and National/Internationally Accredited Scientific Works. Writing Books by Recognizing the available Social Capital makes him a symbol of perseverance and integrity.

dr. Sri Mardikani Nugraha, MKM

A doctor graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Gadjah Mada University (UGM) in 1998 and a master of public health graduate from the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia (UI) in 2013. He started his career as a civil servant in 2003 at the Ciawi Community Health Center in Bogor Regency, West Java as a general practitioner and head of the Citapen Community Health Center UPF (2009-2011). He started his career at the Ministry of Health as a staff member at the Health Research and Development Agency in 2012, with experience in assisting research in the field of human resources and national health research (Rifaskes and SKI). His current functional position is as a Young Expert Health Administrator at the Center for Health Security System Policy.

Kartika Dewi Puspa, S.Si, Apt

Kartika has worked at the Ministry of Health since 2008. Previously, she worked at the Health Research and Development Agency as a virology laboratory staff member and as a researcher since 2015. When the policy of transferring researchers to BRIN was implemented, she was pursuing a Masters in Biomedicine at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia. Kartika has now moved to become a health administrator at the Center for Health Resilience System Policy.

Bhaskarani Widjiastuti, SKM

Born in Jakarta in 1972, he completed his Masters in Public Health at the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia. Since 1999, he has served as a civil servant at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, initially at the Health Ecology Research and Development Center of the Health Research and Development Agency. His previous positions included Personnel, Finance, and General Affairs. In 2015, he moved to become a Researcher. In 2022, the Health Research and Development Agency changed its name to the Health Development Policy Agency and was placed at the Center for Health Effort Policy, joining the Non-Communicable Diseases Working Team. In early 2025, he joined the Center for Health Security System Policy, working on the Working Team for Disease Control and Environmental Health Policy and Strategy.

Ms. Feny Ditya Hanifah, S.Kep

Born in Jakarta in 1999. Completed her undergraduate and professional nursing education in 2022, then began her career in clinical research by implementing and honing hard and soft skills as a form of professionalism. She continued her career at the Health Development Policy Agency, Ministry of Health in 2025 as the First Expert Health Administrator.

Head of the Immunization Policy and Strategy Working Team, Surveillance, and Health Quarantine

dr. Eva Sulistiowati, M.Biomed

Born in the Batik City of Pekalongan in 1977. Graduated as a doctor from Sebelas Maret University (UNS) in 2002 and Master of Biomedical Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia in 2013. After PTT in Bogor Regency, he continued his duties at Mery Cileungsi Hospital and Permata Cibubur Hospital until finally becoming a member of the extended family of the Ministry of Health (Health Research and Development Agency) in 2008 until now. Along with the transformation of Health Research and Development Agency into BKPK, there was a functional change of researchers to Policy Analysts. Research activities, publications and policy briefs were prepared in the scope of Non-Communicable Diseases, Primary Health Services, Public Health. In 2016-2019 as Head of Sub-Division of Primary Health Services and Referrals, Research and Development Center for Health Resources and Services, 2023-2024 Head of Work Team for Governance and Quality of Primary Health Services; 2024-2025 Head of Work Team for Public Health Program Policy, Center for Health Effort Policy; and currently serves as the Head of the Immunization, Surveillance, and Quarantine Policy and Strategy Team at the Center for Health Security System Policy. Andi Rahmawati, SKM, MKM

Born in Ujung Pandang, South Sulawesi on Saturday, February 24, 1973. Graduated with a Bachelor of Public Health from Hasanuddin University in 1998 and a Master of Public Health from the University of Indonesia in 2011. Appointed as a Civil Servant in 2005 then a Civil Servant in 2006 as the First Expert Sanitarian in Barru Regency, South Sulawesi. Born in Bandung, completed his Bachelor's degree in Biology at ITB in 2004. His professional career journey began in the industrial world (plant tissue culture and AMDK quality laboratory manager). In 2009, he joined as a Civil Servant Researcher at the Center for Biomedical and Basic Health Technology of the Research and Development Agency (Balitbangkes), Ministry of Health. Placed in various research fields; pharmaceuticals, natural materials, and vaccines. Continued his Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences at UI. The dynamics of the organization then shifted his role from researcher to Health Administrator at the Center for Health Security Systems at the BKPK Ministry of Health. Tasked with analyzing policies for very diverse issues from health HR strategies in the Health HR policy work team to now in the Immunization, Surveillance, and Health Quarantine Policy Work Team. which brings him to interact with ship captains at the port to explore health quarantine policy issues and Posyandu cadres to explore immunization policies. Arifayu Addiena Kurniatri, S.Si

A Policy Analyst at the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK), she has worked at the Ministry of Health since 2010. She began her career as a researcher in medicinal plants and pharmaceuticals at the Health Research and Development Agency (Badan Litbangkes), then transitioned to a new role following institutional changes. Dwi Febriyana, S.Si

Born in Jakarta, she earned a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from the Bogor Agricultural Institute and a master's degree in biomedicine from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia. Her career as a civil servant at the Ministry of Health began in 2015 as a civil servant (CPNS) at the Center for Biomedical and Basic Health Technology, Health Research and Development Agency. She currently serves on the Immunization, Surveillance, and Health Security Working Group at the Center for Health Security System Policy.

Dr. Heni Kismayawati

Born in Jakarta in 1978 and completed his medical education at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia in 2002. After serving as a PTT at Sulianti Saroso Hospital, he was assigned as a civil servant in 2010 at the Center for Research and Development of Health Resources and Services as a researcher with a scope of activities related to infectious diseases. After the transformation of the Health Research and Development Agency into the BKPK in 2022, there was a functional change from researcher to Health Administrator and was placed at the Center for Health Effort Policy. Dony Tambunan, a public health (Kesmaser) and public policy (Anjaker) practitioner who serves as a civil servant at the Indonesian Ministry of Health, has studied and worked with more than 25 years of experience in the fields of Health System Governance, Strategic Management, and Public Policy. He currently serves as an Associate Expert Policy Analyst at the Center for Health Resilience System Policy, Health Development Policy Agency. Dwi is a practitioner in the health sector, with almost 2 decades of experience. Her educational background began with a Diploma III in nursing and then continued her education in Public Health Nutrition, graduating from UI and IPB. Her educational history reflects the integration of clinical competencies and a nutrition-based public health approach and health policy. Her work history began as a nurse at Mitra Keluarga Hospital, West Bekasi, which provided practical experience in direct health services to the community. Since April 2006, she began her career as a Civil Servant within the Ministry of Health, specifically at the Health Research and Development Agency (Balitbangkes), with an initial assignment as a Researcher at the Nutrition Research and Development Center. Then, the Balitbangkes institutional transformation became the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK) in 2022, thus changing her functional role to a Young Expert Health Administrator, with an assignment at the Center for Global Health Policy and Health Technology (Pusjak KGTK) in the Health Biotechnology work team. Born in Tarutung in 1978, a small town, precisely in North Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra. Started his civil servant career at the Ministry of Health since 2008 at the Center for Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Research and Development at the Health Research and Development Agency. From January 2020 to March 2022, he served as Head of the Administration and General Subdivision at the Center for Biomedical Research and Development and Basic Health Technology. Then in January 2025, he served as Head of the Management Support Working Team at the Center for Health Security System Policy work unit. The current Functional Position held is JFT Junior Expert Planner. Before joining the Indonesian Ministry of Health, he worked at the Ministry of Health (MoH) of King Saudi Arabia (KSA) and joined the Ministry of Health as a civil servant in the main unit of the Health Research and Development Agency starting in 2008 in the Program and Budget Subdivision of the Balitbangkes Secretariat. Fitri, as she is commonly known, was born in Surabaya in 1976 and raised in Jakarta. She completed her undergraduate and master's degrees at the University of Indonesia. She has worked at the Ministry of Health since 2006, working at the Health Research and Development Agency (Balitbangkes). She has been a State Budget Financial Management Analyst since 2021.

Sutji Prehatini Harsri Putranti, SE., M.Ak

Usually called Suci, born in 1978, has 7 years of experience in banking before joining the Health Research and Development Agency as a civil servant in 2008. Completed her Masters in Accounting at UI in 2017. Since the beginning, she has been placed in the financial sector with duties ranging from PNBP management, Grant management, Receipt Treasurer, BPP and PPK. Alwi Hasbullah, ST

Born in Jakarta in 1986, completed his D-III education in the Department of Electromedical Engineering at the Jakarta III Health Polytechnic in 2007 and continued his S1 in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Jayabaya in 2019. Starting his career as a civil servant in 2010 at the Center for Biomedical Research and Development and Basic Health Technology of the Health Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Health by filling the Litkayasa Engineering formation then held a general functional position in mechanical engineering until 2020. His work history at that time was a laboratory equipment technician and in 1999 he served as Assistant Expenditure Treasurer (BPP). His career as a JFT APBN Financial Planner (PK APBN) began in 2021 when he served as Expenditure Treasurer of the Biomedical Research and Development Center and TekDaKes. In 2023 to 2024, he served as BPP at the Pusjak SKK and SDK of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK). Rusdy Setiyabudi Soepardi, S.Gz

Born in Manado on May 5, 1975, started college as a student in 1997 DIII Nutrition student at Nutrition Manado and graduated in , even though my parents were said to be well off, I was one of those who did not want to burden my own parents to pay for my DII nutrition studies while also working at Hotel Indonesia, Century Atlit Hotel, Aston Hotel, and as a bellboy, Ass.GM at Peninsula Hotel and stopped working at the hotel in 2003, my parents who knew only attended the graduation. CPNS in 2000 and started his career as a civil servant in 2001 as a Nutrition supervisor at Bapelkes Manado until he was offered a scholarship program by the North Sulawesi Health Office in 2006. He registered for the test and thank God he passed with a top 10 ranking. He was the only person from North Sulawesi province to take the "scholarship" program at the Faculty of Medicine, Gadjah Mada University, Health Nutrition study program, although in the end the scholarship program was given to someone else. In the end, he used all his personal funds until it was finished. Hard work and sacrifice did not betray the results of graduating in 2009 with a S.Gz title and graduating with Cumlaude honors with a GPA of 3,46. Several years passed and finally there was a vacancy for employment at the Indonesian Ministry of Health and started his career at the Ministry of Health in 2012 at PTTKEK with the Head of the Center, Mr. Siswanto. Born in Magelang in 1983, Hartanti Dian Ikawati began her career as a civil servant at the Ministry of Health in 2008. When national policy transferred researchers to BRIN, she remained at the Ministry of Health and became a Health Laboratory Technician.
