Riati Anggriani, SH, MARS, M.Hum
Riati Anggriani is a Principal Expert Policy Analyst, with an educational background of Bachelor of Law from the Faculty of Law, Sebelas Maret University (1985), Master of Hospital Administration from the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia (2001), Master of Humanities from the Faculty of Law, University of Gajah Mada (2007). Started as an employee of the Ministry of Health since 1986 in the Bureau of Law and Public Relations and worked as a legal drafter. Structural positions as Head of the Legal Organization and Personnel Division of Balitbangkes (2009-2010 / 2013-2016), Head of the Legislation Division of the Legal and Organizational Bureau of the Ministry of Health (2010-2013), and became an Echelon II official at the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency as Head of the Legal and Public Relations Bureau / Head of the Legal and Organizational Bureau (2016-2021). Subsequently, in 2021, he was appointed as the Principal Expert Policy Analyst at the Health Research and Development Agency, Ministry of Health, and in 2022, after being reorganized into the Health Development Policy Agency. He served as a visiting lecturer in health law in the Master's program at the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia, from 2002 to 2017. He has experience as a legal drafter and a health policy analyst, in addition to drafting legislation.

Mohammad is a professional in the fields of Medicine and Global Health Diplomacy with over a dozen years of experience in international policy and cooperation. He earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Yonsei University with an Honor Graduate Award and is a graduate of YARSI University's general medical professional education program. The combination of his clinical background and strong diplomatic skills makes him a strategic figure in health policy development. Currently, he serves as a Project Management Office at the Health Development Policy Agency and as a Health Administrator. Throughout his career, Mohammad has played an active role and made significant contributions in various international health forums, including multilateral cooperation under the auspices of the United Nations (UN) and the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) regional forum.

Andrie Vitra Diazmara, S.Sos, M.IR
Andrie Vitra Diazmara, commonly known as Diaz, is a Young Expert Policy Analyst. He holds a Master of International Relations (University of Melbourne, Australia) and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations (Moestopo University), as well as a Diploma in Business Administration (Perth Commercial College, Australia). Starting his career at the Ministry of Health in 2009, Diaz currently serves as the Head of the Multilateral Health Collaboration Governance Policy and Strategy Working Team at the Center for Global Health Governance Policy and Strategy. Previously, he was appointed as the Project Management Officer (PMO) in 2024 at the Center for Health Security and Health Resources Policy Systems (which transformed into the Center for Health Security and Health Systems Policy Systems since 2025), focusing on policies outside his educational background, such as pharmaceutical security, medical devices, disease control, immunization, surveillance, health quarantine, and emergencies. During his career, including when he was mandated as Head of Multilateral Sub-Division II and Sub-Coordinator of Non-UN Cooperation at the Bureau of Foreign Cooperation, Diaz is very experienced in policy analysis and international cooperation, involved in international forums (WHO, Global Fund, Pandemic Fund, OIC, CEPI, GAVI, OECD, G20, D-8, BIMST, AMR One Health, etc.), supported the success of Indonesia's Presidency in the G20, OIC and ASEAN Forums, and oversaw diplomacy up to the signing of MoUs with Countries/International Partners.

Ida Susanti is a Junior Expert Policy Analyst at the Center for Global Health Strategy and Governance, serving on the Multilateral Working Group, addressing issues such as the Pandemic Agreement, the OECD, and the IHR–NAPHS. Previously, she served on the Medical Devices Working Group. She has experience as a Researcher in Biomedical Engineering, a Trainer and Manager of Laboratory Biosafety, and a Product Specialist for Medical Devices. Her educational background includes a Diploma in Electromedics from Poltekkes Jakarta II (ATEM), a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Jayabaya University, and a Master's Degree in Biomedical Technology from the University of Indonesia, strengthening her competency in bridging technology and health.
Afifah Nasyahta Dila, MPH
Afifah Nasyahta Dila has been a Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia since 2021. Currently, Afifah is part of a multilateral cooperation team focused on health issues in global forums, including the WHO, the Global Fund, the G20, and the Pandemic Fund, with a role in strengthening international collaboration and Indonesia's health diplomacy. Previously, she served at the Center for Health Effort Policy and was involved in various studies in the field of public health to provide evidence-based policy recommendations. Afifah completed her Bachelor of Public Health education at Airlangga University and obtained her Master of Public Health from Gadjah Mada University.
Septa Adi Prasetya, S.Kom., MPA
Septa Adi Prasetya is a Policy Analyst at the Center for Global Health Strategy and Governance Policy. His educational background began with a Bachelor of Computer Science, then continued his Masters in Public Policy at Gadjah Mada University and earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA). Before joining the Ministry of Health as a Civil Servant, he worked at one of the Vertical Hospitals as part of the Hospital Information System (SIRS) team, where he contributed to the development and management of information systems. With this cross-disciplinary knowledge, he admitted that he would continue to strive to learn and develop himself, until now he was trusted to be part of the Multilateral Cooperation Policy Working Team, with an active role in handling health diplomacy issues in various international forums, including WHO (Pharmaceuticals-medical devices, NCDs, health human resources), IAEA, WTO, FIND, etc.

Lisa Angelia, known as Lisa, is a Policy Analyst at the Center for Global Health Strategy and Governance, serving on the Multilateral Working Group. Issues handled include the Pandemic Agreement, AMR, OIC cooperation, D-8, ATScale, CEPI, IOM, and other issues related to global health and advanced health. Previously, Lisa served at the Center for Health Policy, the Center for Health Security, the Office of the National Health Insurance Agency (Pusjak PDK), the Center for Health Security (Pusjak SKK), the National Health Insurance Agency (Paskas), and the Inspectorate General. Her educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Epidemiology from the University of Indonesia and a Master's degree in Environmental Health from Ewha Womans University.

Rita Ratna Puri, SKM, M. HEcon (adv)
Most of his tenure has been focused on ASEAN cooperation, complementing his initial assignment at the Center for Health Development Studies. Puri currently coordinates the Regional Policy Working Group covering ASEAN and non-ASEAN cooperation (APEC, the Asia Pacific forum, and BRICS), including serving as the Focal Point for the establishment and operational preparation of the ASEAN Center for Public Health Emergencies and Emerging Diseases (ACPHEED) and the ASEAN BioDiaspora Virtual Center (ABVC). Puri completed his Bachelor of Public Health education at the University of Indonesia (1998-2003) and earned a Master of Health Economics (adv) from the School of Economics-University of Queensland (2015-2016). He received an award as an Outstanding Student of FKM-UI and a Dean's Commendation for Academic Excellence during his studies at the University of Queensland.

Herma Trilas Meiwani Purba, known as Herma, is a Policy Analyst on the Regional Working Team, Center for Global Health Strategy and Governance Policy, serving on the Multilateral Working Team. Her daily work covers APEC health cooperation, BIMST health cooperation, and cooperation issues related to the Asia Pacific. Herma earned a bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of North Sumatra from 1999 to 2023, then continued her master's degree at the Faculty of Public Health Sciences, majoring in Health Promotion, University of Indonesia from 2014 to 1026.

Novianti Sihombing is a Junior Expert Policy Analyst in the Regional Working Group, Center for Global Health Strategy and Governance, Health Development Policy Agency, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Indonesia. She has experience since 2010 in health policy research and analysis on maternal and child health, nutrition and stunting, reproductive health, and public health policy issues. She is actively involved in various national studies and collaborations with international partners such as UNICEF and ADB, and has published several scientific works in national and international journals. In 2018, she received the Minister of Health's award for outstanding young researchers at the national level. Since 2021, Novianti has focused on regional health cooperation, particularly in ASEAN Health Cluster 3: Strengthening Health Systems and Access to Care.

Ida is currently a Junior Expert Policy Analyst at the Center for Global Health Policy, Strategy, and Governance, BKPK. She entered the Ministry of Health with a Bachelor of Public Health degree from the University of Indonesia. Her most recent education was a Master of Public Health Science from the University of Indonesia. She began her career as a civil servant at the Health Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Health as a researcher. While working at the Ministry of Health's Health Research and Development Agency, she participated in several national-scale researches and institutional researches. She is currently a member of the Collaborative Health Policy and Governance Strategy Working Team at the Regional Forum, specifically related to the coordination of activities in ASEAN Health Clusters 1 and 4.

Annisa Hastya Utami is a Policy Analyst at the Center for Global Health Strategy and Governance, Health Development Policy Agency, Ministry of Health. With a background in International Relations and Political Science and Government, Annisa has experience overseeing ASEAN health cooperation and partnerships with ASEAN dialogue partner countries. With strong policy analysis, cross-sector coordination, and communication skills, she is committed to strengthening Indonesia's role in international collaboration to support regional health resilience.

With a background in International Relations, she initially joined the Ministry of Health as a Foreign Cooperation Analyst at the Secretariat General of the Bureau of Foreign Cooperation, Regional Health Cooperation Section, Regional Cooperation Sub-Section on January 2, 2021. Her current position is First Expert Policy Analyst at the Health Development Policy Agency, Center for Global Health Policy and Health Technology, in the Regional Working Team. She also oversees forums and cooperation issues related to the ASEAN Economic Community and the BRICS forum.

Isnaniyah Rizky, S.IP, MKM
A Policy Analyst who currently serves as Head of the Bilateral Working Team at the Center for Global Health Strategy and Governance, BKPK. Isna has joined the Indonesian Ministry of Health since 2015, with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and a Master's degree in Public Health. Isna has more than a decade of experience in diplomacy and international negotiations in the health sector, both in multilateral and bilateral forums. She has played an active role in various multilateral forums under UN Bodies, including as one of the negotiators in the drafting of the WHO Pandemic Agreement and the International Health Regulation Amendment. In the drafting of bilateral cooperation in the health sector, Isna also plays an active role in the implementation of negotiations and exploration of health cooperation between governments, hospitals and universities in prospective new countries and Indonesia's bilateral partner countries.

Started her career in Planning and Evaluation at the Center for Health Development Policy (2009), then at the Center for Foreign Cooperation (2010–2013). Subsequently, she played a role in bilateral cooperation at the Bureau of Foreign Cooperation (2015–2022), continued at the Center for Global Health Policy and Health Technology (2022–2024). Currently, she is assigned to the Center for Global Health Strategy and Governance Policy (2025). She is a Policy Analyst with a background in Dentistry from the University of North Sumatra (2004) and a Master of Management from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia (2015). Prior to her career at the Ministry of Health, she worked as a PTT dentist at the Deli Serdang Community Health Center and as a dentist and part-time marketing staff at PTPN II Hospital (2005–2009).
Muhammad Noer Ibtidail Muharrom, SKM
M Noer, a Junior Health Admin Expert with 15 years of experience at the Ministry of Health. After graduating with a Bachelor of Public Health degree from Airlangga University in 2006, M Noer worked as a Health Management and Policy consultant in East Java and then joined the Ministry of Health in 2010. He has explored the world of international cooperation, handling ASEAN Regional issues, APEC, and collaborating with INGOs and grant institutions. Putri is a policy analyst at the Paskal Ministry of Health with a background in Financial Management from UIN. She joined the bilateral working team in February 2025. Her role includes policy formulation, facilitating technical cooperation, and advocating for Indonesia's position in various bilateral health forums in 15 countries.

Siti Rahayu is a Health Policy Analyst with over 13 years of experience in research, health policy, and global health diplomacy. A graduate of the Bachelor of Public Administration with a concentration in Public Policy Management (STIA LAN Jakarta) and a Master of Leadership and Governance in Public Health (Far Eastern Federal University, Russia), she has served at the Health Research and Development Agency in the Field of Biomedical and Basic Health Technology and is currently a member of the Bilateral Forum Working Team, PASKAL, Ministry of Health. Actively writing books, monographs, international proceedings, and policy briefs, she has also been an editor of the Health Science Journal of Indonesia (HSJI), a member of the Indonesian Policy Analysts Association (2020–2022), and chaired a session at the International Social Science Conference at the University of Cambridge (2019). Sendy Agita has been a civil servant since 2005 with a nursing background and a Master of Public Health from the University of Indonesia. Having worked at the Indonesian Ministry of Health, she has experience in international grant management and strategic partnerships with global and private partners. As a researcher at the Health Research and Development Agency (2016–2021), she contributed to national health studies, including sanitation interventions in the Citarum River Basin and drinking water quality surveys. Having worked as a nurse in emergency services and general surgery (2004–2012) and an academic as head of STIKES (2013–2015), she currently serves as Head of the Development Partner Working Team, managing foreign grant cooperation, foreign loans, and private partnerships with the Ministry of Health.

Tri Yani is a Policy Analyst at the Center for Global Health Strategy and Governance, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. She has extensive experience in managing international health collaborations, including facilitating grant programs with development partners such as UNICEF, WHO, and various global initiatives in the health sector. Her work focuses on strategic partnership governance, strengthening health diplomacy, and policy alignment across programs and institutions. Tri Yani earned a Bachelor of Economics degree and continued her Master of Management degree at Persada Indonesia University (YAI). Andi Susilowati is a young expert policy analyst with a master's degree in public health from Hasanuddin University (2007). She began her career as a civil servant (ASN) at the Health Research and Development Agency (BPBD) from 2011 to 2021. She is currently part of the Development Partners working team at the Center for Global Health Policy, Strategy, and Governance, which facilitates international grant collaborations and monitors their implementation.

Matta Ernita is an Associate Expert Policy Analyst with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of North Sumatra and a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Indonesia. Before joining the Ministry of Health, she worked at a Hospital in North Sumatra Province in the field of Medical Services and Medical Support. Policy Analyst at the Ministry of Health, with experience at the Center for Global Health Strategy and Governance Policy (2025), the Center for Global Health Policy and Technology, and the Center for Health Effort Policy (2022–2024). His focus includes the preparation of evidence-based policy recommendations and analysis, diplomacy and facilitation of international cooperation (grants/loans), and monitoring the implementation of foreign cooperation. Devi Senja Ariani is a Young Expert Health Administrator with a Bachelor of Economics and Accounting degree from Jenderal Soedirman University (2009) and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Indonesia (2018). We joined the Ministry of Health in 2010. Currently, we serve at the Center for Global Health Policy, Strategy, and Governance on the Health Decentralization Policy and Strategy working team, with the main focus on the Validation of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) Achievements for District/City Health and other strategic issues within the scope of health decentralization. With a multidisciplinary background in economics and public health, we are committed to supporting the strengthening of governance and improving the quality of health services in Indonesia.

Iwan Supriyadi is a Junior Health Administrator who has served at the Ministry of Health since 2014 at the Center for Health Financing and Insurance. Then in 2022 he was assigned to the Center for Health Financing and Decentralization Policy. He is a graduate of the Bachelor of Economics Department of Management, Islamic University of Indonesia (2004), Master of Health Study Program in IKM, Faculty of Medicine, UGM (2008), Master of Management STIE Widya Wiwaha (2012). A researcher with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Biotechnology degree from Gadjah Mada University. Since 2010, she has served as a researcher at the Ministry of Health's Research and Development Agency (NIHRD), and subsequently served as a Policy Analyst at the Health Policy Agency (2021). She currently manages issues related to health technology and health transformation governance, particularly in advocacy and international collaboration in the fields of genomics and advanced health technology. She has experience in genomics research and programs, laboratory management, and involvement in the development of laboratory systems with the WHO.

An Associate Policy Analyst currently serves as a member of the Health Transformation Policy Working Team (2025) at the Center for Global Health Strategy and Governance, previously serving as Chair of the Health Information Systems Policy Working Team (2022). Her final education is a Doctor of Public Health Science from the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia (graduated in 2015), an Associate Researcher (2019-2022), experienced in research management and contributing to commissions at the Health Research and Development Agency (Balitbangkes) and scientific journal publications.

A policy analyst currently working on the Health Transformation Governance Policy Working Team. Her academic background includes Environmental Health (Bachelor's degree) and Biostatistics (Master's degree) from the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia. Her career in the Ministry of Health began as a researcher at the Health Research and Development Agency, gaining experience in research and scientific publications. Since 2022, she has pursued a doctoral degree in Public Health Sciences to deepen her understanding and contribute to the development of evidence-based health policies.

First Expert Planner with a Bachelor of Accounting background from Telkom University (2015). Started his career at the Ministry of Health as part of the Directorate of Medical Devices and PKRT Supervision (Directorate General of Pharmaceuticals), has experience as a certification auditor for CPAKB, CPKKRTB and CDAKB (2016 - 2020). Currently serving as a member of the Management Support Working Team at the Center for Global Health Strategy and Governance Policy (BKPK), playing a role in program planning, monitoring and evaluation of program implementation, and analyzing program performance data to ensure resource allocation supports the achievement of performance targets for global health strategy and governance policy programs.

His current functional position is First Expert Budget Analyst, with primary responsibility in the analysis, evaluation, and preparation of budgets that support activities within the Center for Global Health Strategy and Governance Policy. His most recent educational background is a Master of Health Economics from the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia, which was completed in 2024.

He is currently awaiting his functional position decree as a Supervisory State Budget Financial Administrator.

Tamara joined the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK) of the Indonesian Ministry of Health in March 2022, coinciding with the change in SOTK from Balitbangkes to BKPK Kemenkes. She is a Skilled State Budget Financial Officer who completed her Diploma III in State Treasury at the State Finance Polytechnic STAN in 2021. Currently, she serves as a member of the finance team in the Management Support Working Team of the Center for Global Health Strategy and Governance Policy, BKPK and Assistant Expenditure Treasurer for the Management Support Working Team and the Public Relations, Data, and Information Working Team of the BKPK Secretariat.

Bunga is a Foreign Cooperation Analyst with a background in International Relations from Gadjah Mada University (2008). Her closeness to grassroots development issues began with an assignment as a Young Teacher in the Tanimbar Islands, Maluku (2014). Afterward, Bunga joined the CISDI Nusantara Enlightener team and was involved in a primary health care strengthening program at the Onembute Community Health Center, Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi (2017). Her interest in the realm of public policy emerged when Bunga joined the Center for Indonesian Policy Studies (2019) and advocated for the issue of affordable nutritious food for all. Currently, Bunga is pursuing a career as a civil servant at the Center for Global Health Strategy and Governance Policy, Ministry of Health, specifically in the Foreign Relations Administration section. In her spare time, Bunga is active in the Pita Tosca Indonesia community. A support group that focuses on education, early detection, and assistance for thyroid disorder patients in Indonesia.

Didi Prayitno was born in Jakarta on October 14, 1989, is a BSI graduate majoring in D3 Computer Engineering in 2010 who started his career in 2011 as an assistant to verify the completeness of the 2011 Rifaskes Financial SPJ files at the Health Research and Development Agency (now transformed into the Health Development Policy Agency/BKPK). He was assigned as Secretary to the Echelon II Leadership since 2019. Then starting October 1, 2025, he officially became a PPPK as an Operational Service Manager at the Center for Global Health Strategy and Governance Policy, BKPK.
