A graduate of Biology (majoring in Microbiology) FMIPA Universitas Padjadjaran, then continued his education at the Masters level in Health Service Management at Universitas Airlangga and obtained Summa Cumlaude predicate. His career at the Ministry of Health began in March 2011 at the Health Research and Development Agency as a Researcher in the field of Pharmacy and Medical Technology and Health Human Resources. While serving as a researcher, Syachroni was also involved as a Technical Team for the National Health Survey (Riskesdas, Rifaskes, and Indonesian Health Survey). While at BKPK, Syachroni was listed as PMO of the BKPK Secretariat, since November 2023.
Dian Kartika Irnayanti, SKM, M. Epid
Graduated with a Bachelor of Public Health (specialization in Epidemiology) from the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia and then continued her Masters in Epidemiology at the same faculty. Dian began her career at the Ministry of Health in March 2011 at the Directorate of Health Surveillance and Quarantine (Directorate General of Disease Control) from CPNS until February 2025 as a Planning and Budget Team with the Functional Position of Junior Expert Health Administrator. In March 2025, Dian was placed and began working at the BKPK Secretariat as PMO of the BKPK Secretariat.

Tri Ramadhany, S.Kom, ME
Tri Ramadhany began his career at the Ministry of Health in 2011 as a Data Analyst at the Secretariat of the Health Research and Development Agency. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Computer Science, Bina Nusantara University in 2005 and a Master's degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia in 2019. He currently serves as a Junior Expert Planner Functional Officer at the Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency, and is also assigned as the Head of the Program and Budget Working Team.

In 2011, he served as a staff member in the Evaluation and Reporting sub-section (Program and Budget Section) of the Research and Development Agency Secretariat. In 2010 graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health with a focus on Health Informatics, at the University of Indonesia. Effective January 1, 2017, he was appointed to the functional position of the first expert Personnel Analyst and currently as a Junior Expert Apparatus Human Resources Analyst. I joined the Organization and HR work team. During my work, I was given the task of being responsible for employee discipline and performance assessment, responsible for HR planning and currently as responsible for the substance of the Organization, Governance, RB and HR Planning, Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency.

A graduate of the University of Indonesia, she has served the Ministry of Health since 2015. Her career journey began at the Health Research and Development Agency with a placement in the Legal, Organizational, and Personnel Section. In connection with the institutional transformation in 2022, the Health Research and Development Agency has transformed into the Health Development Policy Agency, thus bringing significant changes to the organizational structure. Since then, her assignment has been in the Organizational and HR Working Team with the functional position of First Expert Apparatus Human Resources Analyst with a focus on institutional substance, governance, job analysis, and HR planning. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the Faculty of Law, Social Sciences, and Political Science, Universitas Terbuka. In addition, he was assigned to the Ministry of Health's Personnel Analyst Functional Position Credit Point Assessment Team in 2019, the Secretariat of the Litkayasa Technician Functional Position Credit Point Assessment Team in 2021 and the Secretariat of the Policy Analyst Functional Position Assessment Team in 2022. Early career at the Health Research and Development Agency was placed in the Legal and Organizational Sub-Division of the Secretariat of the Health Research and Development Agency from 2008 - 2015. In connection with the organizational transformation, the Health Research and Development Agency transformed into the Health Development Policy Agency, since 2022 until now served on the Organizational and Human Resources Working Team at the Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency with the Functional Position of Young Expert Apparatus Human Resources Analyst. During my work I have been given tasks related to organization and governance, business process preparation, SOP preparation, HR planning, job analysis, risk management and until now tasked with the substance of HR development and employee performance.

Initially accepted as a Civil Servant Candidate at the Ministry of Health in 1998 with placement in the Personnel Bureau (now the Bureau of Organization and HR) with an educational background of D.III Informatics Management, Gunadarma University, Depok, then in 2006 continued his undergraduate education at Respati Indonesia University, Jakarta and obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree, then in 2012 continued his Masters education at Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta with an interest in Health HR management. During his career at the Personnel Bureau, he held the functional position of computer administrator from 2006-2010 and the functional position of Personnel Analyst from 2016-2019. After a 20-year career at the Personnel Bureau, he was then assigned to the Center for Health Financing and Insurance (now Pusbikes) as Head of General and Personnel Sub-Division, then in 2022 he served as Head of General Administration Sub-Division at the Center for Health Financing and Decentralization Policy (Pusjak PDK). In early 2024, he was promoted to Head of the General Administration Sub-Division within the BKPK, serving at the Center for Global Health Policy and Health Technology. He currently serves on the Organizational and Human Resources Working Team at the BKPK Secretariat, holding the functional position of Junior Expert Human Resources Analyst.

Joined the Ministry of Health in 2009 with a placement in the Hukorpeg (Organizational and Personnel Law) Section of the Health Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. Graduated with a Bachelor of Public Administration, FHISIP Universitas Terbuka in 2023. Currently assigned to the Human Resources Organizational Working Team, Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency with the Functional Position of HR Pranata Mahir Apparatus In carrying out its duties, I am responsible, both independently and in a team. I have good skills in processing personnel data, preparing reports, and carrying out official duties in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations. Dr. Dewi Kristanti, M.Epid
I am an employee at the Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK) with a background as a doctor and health researcher. I completed my General Practitioner degree at Padjadjaran University in 2006 and pursued a Master's degree in Community Epidemiology at the University of Indonesia in 2019. My career began as an in-house company doctor in Bali, following my husband's domicile. I then served as a non-profit doctor in a very remote area (Tidore Islands) for six months—an experience that shaped my resilience, empathy, and perspective on healthcare. Afterward, I worked as a clinical doctor at Medirossa Hospital in Cikarang following my husband's job transfer. In 2010, I joined the Ministry of Health's Health Research and Development Agency as a civil servant and worked as a researcher for approximately a decade. Since mid-2024, I have returned to my role as a clinical doctor at the BKPK Primary Clinic. Outside of the professional world, I enjoy reading novels, watching films, and creating art. These activities give me space for reflection, balance, and a new perspective on life. My life vision is simple: I want to be a successful person in this world and the hereafter, and I want to benefit others through knowledge, empathy, and consistent good intentions.
Dr. Louisa Maria TG
I am a doctor who completed my medical education at the Faculty of Medicine, Sam Ratulangi University, Manado in 1995. After graduating, I began my service in the health care sector as a Non-Permanent Employee (PTT) from 1996 to 1999 in Luwuk Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. During that assignment, I was placed at the Pagimana Community Health Center, Pagimana District, and the Batui Community Health Center, Batui District, with the main responsibility of providing basic health services to the community. After completing my PTT assignment, I continued my service as a doctor at the Simpong Community Health Center, Luwuk. Next, I was transferred to work at the Tawaeli Community Health Center, Palu City, Central Sulawesi, with a focus on primary health care as well as promotive and preventive activities. From 2005 to 2018, I served at the Makassar Regional Specialist Hospital (RSKD), South Sulawesi Province, and gained extensive experience in referral health services. In late 2018 to early 2020, I was transferred to the Disease Prevention and Control (P2P) division and placed at the P2P Clinic. Since 2020, I have worked as a doctor at the Primary Clinic of the Health Research and Development Agency (BPBD), which later transformed into the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK). Robiatun, AMAK
A 2005 graduate of Kader Bangsa University, Palembang, majoring in Health Analyst Academy. I have a strong educational background and work experience in the field of health laboratories, particularly in clinical laboratory services and examinations. I graduated as a Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS) for the Ministry of Health in 2010 and was first placed at the Class III Port Health Office (KKP) in Bitung, North Sulawesi. In that position, I was involved in health examinations, disease surveillance, and supporting laboratory services for port health. In 2013, I was transferred to the Directorate General of P2PL Clinic, where I further deepened my technical skills as a laboratory analyst and increased my understanding of disease prevention and control. Subsequently, in 2020, I was again transferred to the Health Research and Development Agency (Badan Litbangkes), which later transformed into the BKPK (Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission). To date, I actively work as a Laboratory Analyst at the BKPK Pratama Clinic and am accustomed to working with standard laboratory operating procedures, maintaining the accuracy of examination results, and upholding work ethics and professionalism. I graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a Pharmacist Professional Program from the State Islamic University (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This educational background has equipped me with comprehensive pharmaceutical knowledge, professional skills, and an understanding of healthcare services oriented towards quality and patient safety. Prior to joining a government agency, I had work experience in private pharmacy services. This experience provided me with a practical understanding of direct pharmaceutical services to patients, medication management, and the implementation of service standards in pharmaceutical facilities. I am currently a nurse working for the Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK). I graduated from the Jakarta III Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health in 2021 with a Diploma III in Nursing. I began my career as a Covid-19 Volunteer Nurse at the Dharmais Cancer Hospital's Covid-19 Special Extension Hospital for several months. I then joined the Ministry of Health in February 2022 and worked until September 2025 as a nurse at Persahabatan Hospital with BLU Contract status. At that time, I served as a Nursing Care Provider in the Pediatric Inpatient Ward. My experience at that time enabled me to comprehensively improve my skills, from assessment, establishing nursing diagnoses, planning, implementing actions, to evaluation in the nursing field. In October 2025, I graduated as a Civil Servant (ASN) PPPK Employee at the Ministry of Health and was assigned to the BKPK Primary Clinic under the Human Resources Development Team of the Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK) with the position of Skilled Nurse. My role here is to provide nursing services, including nursing care and nursing management. With a dental background, graduated from Trisakti University and a Master of Science in Community Health and Health Management from the University of Heidelberg Germany, he began his duties at the Ministry of Health in the Directorate General of Public Health. He was then assigned to the Bureau of Foreign Cooperation and the KGTK Center, responsible for regional health cooperation. In this assignment, he led meetings, conducted negotiations and championed Indonesia's interests in regional cooperation forums such as ASEAN, resulting in important agreement documents. In addition, he supported the successful implementation of international meetings organized by the Ministry of Health. He currently serves as an Associate Public Relations Officer and Head of the Data and Information Public Relations Working Team handling public relations issues, survey data management, libraries and galleries, as well as BKPK information systems and technology.

From 2016-2021, he joined the Documentation, Publication, and Library Subdivision and was entrusted with managing the English-language journal Health Science Journal of Indonesia (HSJI). Is a Bachelor (S1) graduate of Visual Communication Design (DKV) at one of the state educational institutes in the field of art, namely the Indonesian Arts Institute (ISI) Denpasar, Bali in 2005. After graduating, he continued his professional career as a graphic designer at a foreign company based in Australia for 3 years and then built a business in the creative field and also became a freelancer. In 2010 he joined the Ministry of Health under the Health Research and Development Agency (Balitbangkes) unit. Since the Balitbangkes era until now at the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK), he has been trusted to produce various information media, communications and visual publications in daily routines and events. Some of the products produced include photography, videography, internal magazines (Bingka), social or digital media content, key visual designs in events and so on. Currently, after plunging into the functional position of Public Relations (Humas) and participating in the professional organization of the Public Relations Association (Iprahumas), he continues to try to develop himself in the field of public relations more broadly to support various government communications, especially in the health sector.

Nisa began her career at the Ministry of Health in 2010 as a Staff Leader to the Head of the Health Research and Development Agency. Since 2012, she has served as a Public Relations Officer (Pranata Humas). As a Public Relations Officer at the Health Development Policy Agency, Nisa currently serves as an Information and Documentation Service Officer (PPID) and Integrated Public Complaints (Dumasdu), manages an internal magazine (BKPK Frame Magazine) since 2015, disseminates information through health exhibitions and often receives the best Booth award, is a contributor to the BKPK internal magazine and writes in online media. To expand the government public relations network and increase capacity, Nisa has also joined the Indonesian Public Relations Association (IPRAHUMAS) since 2022.

Graduated from Visual Communication Design at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts Denpasar, Prior to the Ministry of Health, he worked as a flying lecturer at the Bali College of Design from 2010-2015, in 2010-2012 also as a photographer at Bounty Cruise Bali, in 2012-2015 also as a Graphic Designer at EIKON Bali. A graduate of Statistics at Hasanuddin University. Her career at the Ministry of Health began in 2021 at the Research and Development Center for Public Health Efforts as a statistician. In 2022, she was assigned to the Center for Global Health Policy and Health Technology (KGTK) and in 2023, she was assigned to the Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK), where she remains to this day. During her career as a statistician, she was actively involved in national survey activities at the Ministry of Health, such as the 2021 SSGI, 2022 SSGI, 2023 SKI, and 2024 SSGI, among others. Annisa Harpini is a health statistician who has joined the Ministry of Health since 2004. She completed her undergraduate education at the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia (FKM UI) in 2003 (specializing in biostatistics), and then completed her postgraduate studies at the same institution in 2013. At the Ministry of Health, she was assigned to the Data and Information Center (Pusdatin) until 2024, then was assigned to the BKPK (Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission) as a statistician in the Public Relations and Data and Information Working Team of the BKPK Secretariat. There she analyzed Ministry of Health survey data as requested by data users. In 2025 she was assigned to the SSDK Center (Pusjak SSDK) where she remains to this day.

Throughout her career, she has managed scientific journals and the Balitbangkes/BKPK Publishing Institute, and has been trusted to hold various structural positions, including Head of the Documentation and Publication Subdivision, Head of the Public Relations Subdivision, and Head of the Employee Transfer Subdivision, with her last structural position as Head of the Documentation, Publication, and Library Subdivision of BKPK. Currently serves as an Associate Expert Librarian responsible for the management of the BKPK Library and the Health Policy Gallery, with a focus on developing evidence-based information services to support the formulation of health policies, and has been certified as a Museum Educator.

Joining the Ministry of Health began in 1994 as a staff member of the Library Subdivision of the Library and Research Information Section of the Health Research and Development Agency (Badan Litbangkes). Armed with an educational background of Diploma (D2) in Agricultural Library and Information from IPB and Bachelor (S1) in Library Science at the Open University of Jakarta, dedication to information management has been built since the beginning of his work. In addition to serving in the Library Subdivision, responsibilities also include managing scientific journals such as the Health Science Journal of Indonesia and Media Litbangkes, as well as managing the Balitbangkes Publishing Institute (LPB). Currently, his service continues as a Supervisory Librarian at the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK) with a certification of expert in library services obtained in 2023. The main focus now is managing the Health Policy Gallery and optimizing the role of libraries as pillars of literacy and main supporters in the formulation of data-based health development policies in Indonesia.

Born in Yogyakarta in 1983, he began his career at the Ministry of Health in 2010 at the Health Research and Development Agency as a staff member of the Health Research and Development Agency Library since completing his Diploma 3 in Library Science as a library manager and received additional duties in managing the Health Science Journal of Indonesia Journal, managing the Health Bulletin Journal and becoming the manager of the Baitbangkes (LPB) publishing institution. In 2021, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Library Science from the Open University of Jakarta and since 2023 has received a new mandate at the Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK) and currently serves as the First Expert Librarian. In 2023, he participated in the certification of library experts in the field of library services. In 2023, he participated in technical guidance for museum staff in the field of conservators and technical guidance for museum staff in the field of registers. Amidst her busy professional life, she managed to deepen her expertise by completing a Bachelor's degree in Information and Library Science at Airlangga University (UNAIR) Surabaya in 2020. Since 2023, she has received a new mandate at the Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK) and currently serves as the First Expert Librarian. With more than a decade of experience, she is now focused on optimizing the role of libraries as a pillar of health literacy and a key supporter in the process of formulating data-based health development policies in Indonesia. In addition to carrying out librarian functions, she also carries out duties as a Health Policy Gallery Manager, where she is responsible for managing knowledge assets and disseminating the results of health development policies.

Saefudin was born in Purworejo, Central Java in 1981. He is a graduate of Library Science from Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University Yogyakarta. He joined the Secretariat of the National Civil Service Agency (CPNS) Research and Development Agency in 2015 as a Library Staff in the Documentation, Library and Publication Sub-Division. Bayu was born in Pemalang in 1987. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Indonesian Banking School of Economics and Business, and then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia. Bayu also holds a professional certification as a Certified Government Accounting Associate (CGAA) from the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI). His career at the Ministry of Health began in March 1 as a Financial Analyst at the Health Research and Development Agency and was involved in the national research management team. His assignment at the Ministry of Health began as a researcher of infectious diseases at the Center for Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Research, Health Research and Development Agency since 2008. In addition to being a researcher, he has also served as Head of the Sub-Division of Infectious Diseases and Head of the Sub-Division of Non-Infectious Diseases at the Center for Biomedical Research and Basic Health Technology. A graduate of the Bachelor of Public Health (Education and Behavioral Sciences) from the Faculty of Public Health, Diponegoro University and a Master of Health Policy and Law from the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia, began his career at the Secretariat of the Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Health in December 2009. Served as Secretary of the Secretary of the Research and Development Agency (2010–2011), then switched to a public relations institution with various public relations and protocol training. Iram Barida Barida Maisya has been working at the Ministry of Health since 2006. Prior to serving as a Policy Analyst at the Health Development Policy Agency, she has a track record as a researcher with a primary interest in maternal health, adolescent health, and reproductive health. A graduate of Biostatistics and a Master of Health Policy from the University of Indonesia, she has also been active as an Editor of the SINTA 2-accredited Reproductive Health Journal since 2011. Outside of her research activities, she is involved in various collaborations with institutions such as WHO, UNFPA, UNICEF, BKKBN, BNN, Universities, and NGOs and plays a role in the technical team in Basic Health Research, Health Workforce Research, Cause of Death, Indonesian Nutritional Status Survey, and the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey.

In 2013, he returned to his post at Balitbangkes, Joni was involved in the National Health Research (Riskesnas) management team as the Secretary of Central Management tasked with planning and organizing national-scale health research, including Sirkesnas 2016, Risnakes 2017, Riskesdas 2018. Syahril is an Operational Service Administrator. He joined the Health Research and Development Agency as a civil servant in 1995 as an honorary driver for a pick-up truck and head of the Health Research and Development Agency and in 2000 he was transferred to become a security guard at the Health Research and Development Agency and became a Danru after attending training at Secom Ciawi for 2 weeks and received a certificate.
