Syachroni, S.Si, M.Kes

A graduate of Biology (majoring in Microbiology) FMIPA Universitas Padjadjaran, then continued his education at the Masters level in Health Service Management at Universitas Airlangga and obtained Summa Cumlaude predicate. His career at the Ministry of Health began in March 2011 at the Health Research and Development Agency as a Researcher in the field of Pharmacy and Medical Technology and Health Human Resources. While serving as a researcher, Syachroni was also involved as a Technical Team for the National Health Survey (Riskesdas, Rifaskes, and Indonesian Health Survey). While at BKPK, Syachroni was listed as PMO of the BKPK Secretariat, since November 2023.

Dian Kartika Irnayanti, SKM, M. Epid

Graduated with a Bachelor of Public Health (specialization in Epidemiology) from the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia and then continued her Masters in Epidemiology at the same faculty. Dian began her career at the Ministry of Health in March 2011 at the Directorate of Health Surveillance and Quarantine (Directorate General of Disease Control) from CPNS until February 2025 as a Planning and Budget Team with the Functional Position of Junior Expert Health Administrator. In March 2025, Dian was placed and began working at the BKPK Secretariat as PMO of the BKPK Secretariat.

Tri Ramadhany, S.Kom, ME

Tri Ramadhany began his career at the Ministry of Health in 2011 as a Data Analyst at the Secretariat of the Health Research and Development Agency. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Computer Science, Bina Nusantara University in 2005 and a Master's degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia in 2019. He currently serves as a Junior Expert Planner Functional Officer at the Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency, and is also assigned as the Head of the Program and Budget Working Team.

During his career, he served as the Coordinator of the Secretariat of the Agency Research Assessment Team (TP2006I), as a member of the Litkayasa Technician Assessment Team, Sub-Coordinator of Personnel Substance, Coordinator of the Secretariat of the Ministry of Health Policy Analyst Assessment Team, and a member of the Ministry of Health Personnel Analyst Assessment Team. Effective January 1, 2017, he was appointed to the functional position of the first expert Personnel Analyst and currently as a Junior Expert Apparatus Human Resources Analyst. I joined the Organization and HR work team. A graduate of the University of Indonesia, she has served the Ministry of Health since 2015. Early career at the Health Research and Development Agency was placed in the Legal and Organizational Sub-Division of the Secretariat of the Health Research and Development Agency from 2008 - 2015. Joined the Ministry of Health in 2009 with a placement in the Hukorpeg (Organizational and Personnel Law) Section of the Health Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. Dr. Dewi Kristanti, M.Epid

I am an employee at the Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK) with a background as a doctor and health researcher. I completed my General Practitioner degree at Padjadjaran University in 2006 and pursued a Master's degree in Community Epidemiology at the University of Indonesia in 2019. My career began as an in-house company doctor in Bali, following my husband's domicile. I then served as a non-profit doctor in a very remote area (Tidore Islands) for six months—an experience that shaped my resilience, empathy, and perspective on healthcare. Afterward, I worked as a clinical doctor at Medirossa Hospital in Cikarang following my husband's job transfer. In 2010, I joined the Ministry of Health's Health Research and Development Agency as a civil servant and worked as a researcher for approximately a decade. Since mid-2024, I have returned to my role as a clinical doctor at the BKPK Primary Clinic. Outside of the professional world, I enjoy reading novels, watching films, and creating art. These activities give me space for reflection, balance, and a new perspective on life. My life vision is simple: I want to be a successful person in this world and the hereafter, and I want to benefit others through knowledge, empathy, and consistent good intentions.

Dr. Louisa Maria TG

I am a doctor who completed my medical education at the Faculty of Medicine, Sam Ratulangi University, Manado in 1995. After graduating, I began my service in the health care sector as a Non-Permanent Employee (PTT) from 1996 to 1999 in Luwuk Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. During that assignment, I was placed at the Pagimana Community Health Center, Pagimana District, and the Batui Community Health Center, Batui District, with the main responsibility of providing basic health services to the community. After completing my PTT assignment, I continued my service as a doctor at the Simpong Community Health Center, Luwuk. Next, I was transferred to work at the Tawaeli Community Health Center, Palu City, Central Sulawesi, with a focus on primary health care as well as promotive and preventive activities. From 2005 to 2018, I served at the Makassar Regional Specialist Hospital (RSKD), South Sulawesi Province, and gained extensive experience in referral health services. In late 2018 to early 2020, I was transferred to the Disease Prevention and Control (P2P) division and placed at the P2P Clinic. Appointed as a Central Civil Servant of the Ministry of Health in 2002. A 2005 graduate of Kader Bangsa University, Palembang, majoring in Health Analyst Academy. I have a strong educational background and work experience in the field of health laboratories, particularly in clinical laboratory services and examinations. I graduated as a Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS) for the Ministry of Health in 2010 and was first placed at the Class III Port Health Office (KKP) in Bitung, North Sulawesi. In that position, I was involved in health examinations, disease surveillance, and supporting laboratory services for port health. In 2013, I was transferred to the Directorate General of P2PL Clinic, where I further deepened my technical skills as a laboratory analyst and increased my understanding of disease prevention and control. Subsequently, in 2020, I was again transferred to the Health Research and Development Agency (Badan Litbangkes), which later transformed into the BKPK (Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission). I graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a Pharmacist Professional Program from the State Islamic University (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This educational background has equipped me with comprehensive pharmaceutical knowledge, professional skills, and an understanding of healthcare services oriented towards quality and patient safety. Prior to joining a government agency, I had work experience in private pharmacy services. This experience provided me with a practical understanding of direct pharmaceutical services to patients, medication management, and the implementation of service standards in pharmaceutical facilities. I am currently a nurse working for the Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK). I graduated from the Jakarta III Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health in 2021 with a Diploma III in Nursing. I began my career as a Covid-19 Volunteer Nurse at the Dharmais Cancer Hospital's Covid-19 Special Extension Hospital for several months. I then joined the Ministry of Health in February 2022 and worked until September 2025 as a nurse at Persahabatan Hospital with BLU Contract status. At that time, I served as a Nursing Care Provider in the Pediatric Inpatient Ward. My experience at that time enabled me to comprehensively improve my skills, from assessment, establishing nursing diagnoses, planning, implementing actions, to evaluation in the nursing field. In October 2025, I graduated as a Civil Servant (ASN) PPPK Employee at the Ministry of Health and was assigned to the BKPK Primary Clinic under the Human Resources Development Team of the Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK) with the position of Skilled Nurse. With a dental background, graduated from Trisakti University and a Master of Science in Community Health and Health Management from the University of Heidelberg Germany, he began his duties at the Ministry of Health in the Directorate General of Public Health. He was then assigned to the Bureau of Foreign Cooperation and the KGTK Center, responsible for regional health cooperation. In this assignment, he led meetings, conducted negotiations and championed Indonesia's interests in regional cooperation forums such as ASEAN, resulting in important agreement documents. Started his career at the Ministry of Health as a staff member of the Information Network subsection of the Secretariat of the Health Research and Development Agency (Badan Litbangkes). He is a graduate of STMIK Budi Luhur and received a Master's degree from the University of Indonesia. He was entrusted to manage the scientific journal Media for Health Research and Development. He has written in online mass media and contributed to the compilation of e-books. Is a graduate of Communication Science from Padjadjaran University who began his career as a civil servant at the Ministry of Health since 2014. Currently serving as a Junior Expert Public Relations Officer in the Public Relations, Data, and Information Working Team, BKPK Secretariat. The work routines carried out include managing public information and public complaints, compiling social media content, contributing news and articles in internal media, disseminating BKPK program information, as well as compiling communication strategies and communication strategy evaluation studies. In addition, he also joined the SPIP Team of the BKPK Secretariat. Kurniatun Karomah, SS

A graduate of the Faculty of Humanities, Diponegoro University, Semarang. He began his career at the Ministry of Health in 2011 in the Public Relations Subdivision of the Secretariat of the Health Research and Development Agency (Badan Litbangkes). From 2016-2021, he joined the Documentation, Publication, and Library Subdivision and was entrusted with managing the English-language journal Health Science Journal of Indonesia (HSJI). Since 2022, he has returned to serve in the Public Relations, Data, and Information Working Team, Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK). As a Public Relations Officer, his daily duties include compiling content for the website and social media, managing an internal magazine (BKPK's Frame Magazine), developing communication strategies, and disseminating information through health exhibitions.

Ahdiyat Firmana, S.Sn

Is a Bachelor (S1) graduate of Visual Communication Design (DKV) at one of the state educational institutes in the field of art, namely the Indonesian Arts Institute (ISI) Denpasar, Bali in 2005. After graduating, he continued his professional career as a graphic designer at a foreign company based in Australia for 3 years and then built a business in the creative field and also became a freelancer. In 2010 he joined the Ministry of Health under the Health Research and Development Agency (Balitbangkes) unit. Since the Balitbangkes era until now at the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK), he has been trusted to produce various information media, communications and visual publications in daily routines and events. Some of the products produced include photography, videography, internal magazines (Bingka), social or digital media content, key visual designs in events and so on. Currently, after plunging into the functional position of Public Relations (Humas) and participating in the professional organization of the Public Relations Association (Iprahumas), he continues to try to develop himself in the field of public relations more broadly to support various government communications, especially in the health sector.

Nisa Fitriyani, SIKom

Nisa began her career at the Ministry of Health in 2010 as a Staff Leader to the Head of the Health Research and Development Agency. Since 2012, she has served as a Public Relations Officer (Pranata Humas). As a Public Relations Officer at the Health Development Policy Agency, Nisa currently serves as an Information and Documentation Service Officer (PPID) and Integrated Public Complaints (Dumasdu), manages an internal magazine (BKPK Frame Magazine) since 2015, disseminates information through health exhibitions and often receives the best Booth award, is a contributor to the BKPK internal magazine and writes in online media. To expand the government public relations network and increase capacity, Nisa has also joined the Indonesian Public Relations Association (IPRAHUMAS) since 2022.

Nowo Setyo Raharjo, S.Sn

Graduated from Visual Communication Design at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts Denpasar, Prior to the Ministry of Health, he worked as a flying lecturer at the Bali College of Design from 2010-2015, in 2010-2012 also as a photographer at Bounty Cruise Bali, in 2012-2015 also as a Graphic Designer at EIKON Bali. Started working at the Ministry of Health as an honorary employee at the Health Research and Development Agency in 2015. In 2024 he was appointed as a PPPK employee as the First Expert Public Relations Officer. Until now, he has served in the Public Relations Data and Information Division, BKPK, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. During his time at the Health Research and Development Agency, he was assigned to create various visual designs including the SSGI logo, in addition to design, he also worked in Photography and Videography. In addition to carrying out duties in the field of public relations, he is also active in the BKPK Band and is active in sports clubs such as futsal and badminton.

Born in Jakarta on December 23, 1985 Graduated from D3 Electrical Engineering, Jakarta State University and continued his S1 Electrical Engineering at Muhammadiyah University of Jakarta. Before working at the Ministry of Health, he worked as a QA (Quality Assurance) at PT Pioneerindo Groupmet Internasional.Tbk from 2010 - 2012. Started his career at the Ministry of Health as an honorary employee at the Health Research and Development Agency in 2013 in the Planning and Budget Section and in 2025 was appointed as a PPPK employee as an Operational Service Administrator. Until now, he has been assigned to the Public Relations, Data and Information Work Team, Secretariat of the Ministry of Health Development Policy Agency (BLPK) which is assigned to work on the Administration of the Public Relations and Data Work Team.

A Bachelor of Computer Engineering graduate (Gunadarma) and a Master of Health Information (UI). He previously served as Head of the Information Network Sub-Division (2004–2014), Head of the Personnel Sub-Division (2014–2020), Head of the Legal, Organizational, and Personnel Section (2020), PMO BKPK (2022), and Head of the Data and Information Management Working Team (2023). He currently serves as a Middle Computer Technician at BKPK.

Tetrįan Widyanto, S.Kom, M.Kom

Joined the Ministry of Health in 2011 as a staff member at the Health Research and Development Agency. He earned a bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering from Dian Nuswantoro University and a master's degree in Computer Science from Budi Luhur University. He currently serves on the Public Relations, Data, and Information Working Team of the BKPK Secretariat, holding the functional position of Computer Administrator.

A graduate of Mercu Buana University with a bachelor's degree in informatics engineering, she began her career at the Ministry of Health in 2006 as a staff member at the Ecology Research and Development Center, Health Research and Development Agency. Herianti, S.Si

A graduate of Statistics at Hasanuddin University. Her career at the Ministry of Health began in 2021 at the Research and Development Center for Public Health Efforts as a statistician. In 2022, she was assigned to the Center for Global Health Policy and Health Technology (KGTK) and in 2023, she was assigned to the Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK), where she remains to this day. During her career as a statistician, she was actively involved in national survey activities at the Ministry of Health, such as the 2021 SSGI, 2022 SSGI, 2023 SKI, and 2024 SSGI, among others. In addition to national surveys, she has also been involved in studies at the KGTK Center and the Health Effort Center.

Putri Novianti, S.Stat

A Bachelor of Statistics graduate from the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS), she joined the Ministry of Health in 2021 as a Statistician at the Center for Research and Development of Humanities and Health Management. She currently serves as a Statistician in the Public Relations, Data, and Information Working Team of the BKPK Secretariat.

Anisa Harpini, SKM., MKM

Annisa Harpini is a health statistician who has joined the Ministry of Health since 2004. She completed her undergraduate education at the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia (FKM UI) in 2003 (specializing in biostatistics), and then completed her postgraduate studies at the same institution in 2013. At the Ministry of Health, she was assigned to the Data and Information Center (Pusdatin) until 2024, then was assigned to the BKPK (Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission) as a statistician in the Public Relations and Data and Information Working Team of the BKPK Secretariat. There she analyzed Ministry of Health survey data as requested by data users. In 2025 she was assigned to the SSDK Center (Pusjak SSDK) where she remains to this day.

Rahmi Amelia, S.Si

A Bachelor of Statistics graduate from the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS), she joined the Ministry of Health in 2021 as a Statistician at the Center for Research and Development of Humanities and Health Management. She currently serves as a Statistician in the Public Relations, Data, and Information Working Team of the BKPK Secretariat.

A graduate of Padjadjaran University's Statistics program. She began her career at the Ministry of Health in 2021 as a Statistician in the Balitbangkes Secretariat. She has worked at the Indonesian Ministry of Health since 2021 as a statistician at the Center for Research and Development of Humanities and Health Management. She began her career at the Ministry of Health in 2021 as a statistician at Balitbangkes (Public Health Research and Development Center). Leny Wulandari, SKM, MKM

Started her career at the Ministry of Health through the Health Research and Development Agency. Has a Bachelor of Public Health (Environmental Health) and Master of Public Health (Health Promotion) educational background from the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia, and has completed the Expert Level Librarian Training. Throughout her career, she has managed scientific journals and the Balitbangkes/BKPK Publishing Institute, and has been trusted to hold various structural positions, including Head of the Documentation and Publication Subdivision, Head of the Public Relations Subdivision, and Head of the Employee Transfer Subdivision, with her last structural position as Head of the Documentation, Publication, and Library Subdivision of BKPK. Currently serves as an Associate Expert Librarian responsible for the management of the BKPK Library and the Health Policy Gallery, with a focus on developing evidence-based information services to support the formulation of health policies, and has been certified as a Museum Educator.

Rini Sekarsih, SIPust

Joining the Ministry of Health began in 1994 as a staff member of the Library Subdivision of the Library and Research Information Section of the Health Research and Development Agency (Badan Litbangkes). Armed with an educational background of Diploma (D2) in Agricultural Library and Information from IPB and Bachelor (S1) in Library Science at the Open University of Jakarta, dedication to information management has been built since the beginning of his work. In addition to serving in the Library Subdivision, responsibilities also include managing scientific journals such as the Health Science Journal of Indonesia and Media Litbangkes, as well as managing the Balitbangkes Publishing Institute (LPB). Currently, his service continues as a Supervisory Librarian at the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK) with a certification of expert in library services obtained in 2023. The main focus now is managing the Health Policy Gallery and optimizing the role of libraries as pillars of literacy and main supporters in the formulation of data-based health development policies in Indonesia.

Zulfah Nur Aini, SIPust

Born in Yogyakarta in 1983, he began his career at the Ministry of Health in 2010 at the Health Research and Development Agency as a staff member of the Health Research and Development Agency Library since completing his Diploma 3 in Library Science as a library manager and received additional duties in managing the Health Science Journal of Indonesia Journal, managing the Health Bulletin Journal and becoming the manager of the Baitbangkes (LPB) publishing institution. In 2021, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Library Science from the Open University of Jakarta and since 2023 has received a new mandate at the Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK) and currently serves as the First Expert Librarian. In 2023, he participated in the certification of library experts in the field of library services. In 2023, he participated in technical guidance for museum staff in the field of conservators and technical guidance for museum staff in the field of registers. Currently, he has a career as the first Expert Librarian and focuses on optimizing the role of libraries as a pillar of health literacy and a major supporter in the process of formulating data-based health development policies in Indonesia as well as managing the Health Policy Gallery.

Eka Aji Mustofa, S. IIP

She began her dedication in the field of librarianship after graduating from the Diploma 3 Library of Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta in 2013. Her journey in the Ministry of Health began in 2015 at the Center for Research and Development of Humanities and Health Management as a library manager, tasked with supporting the availability of references in health research. Amidst her busy professional life, she managed to deepen her expertise by completing a Bachelor's degree in Information and Library Science at Airlangga University (UNAIR) Surabaya in 2020. Since 2023, she has received a new mandate at the Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK) and currently serves as the First Expert Librarian. With more than a decade of experience, she is now focused on optimizing the role of libraries as a pillar of health literacy and a key supporter in the process of formulating data-based health development policies in Indonesia. In addition to carrying out librarian functions, she also carries out duties as a Health Policy Gallery Manager, where she is responsible for managing knowledge assets and disseminating the results of health development policies.

Muchamad Saefudin Zuhri, S.IP

Saefudin was born in Purworejo, Central Java in 1981. He is a graduate of Library Science from Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University Yogyakarta. He joined the Secretariat of the National Civil Service Agency (CPNS) Research and Development Agency in 2015 as a Library Staff in the Documentation, Library and Publication Sub-Division. Then, he is currently assigned to the Public Relations, Data and Information Working Team at the BKPK Secretariat with the functional position of first expert librarian and is currently carrying out his Master's degree study assignment at the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Padjadjaran University.

Bayu Ari Bowo, SE, M.Ak

Bayu was born in Pemalang in 1987. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Indonesian Banking School of Economics and Business, and then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia. Bayu also holds a professional certification as a Certified Government Accounting Associate (CGAA) from the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI). His career at the Ministry of Health began in March 1 as a Financial Analyst at the Health Research and Development Agency and was involved in the national research management team. Currently, Bayu serves as a functional officer for the APBN Financial Management Analyst, a Young Expert at the Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK). In addition to his role as a functional official, Bayu has also been assigned as the Head of the Financial and State-Owned Enterprises Working Team since 2010.

Mustafa Arief, SE, MKM

Born in Jakarta on March 14, 1972. Completed his Bachelor of Management education at the Faculty of Economics, Jember State University in 1998. His Master's program in Public Health Sciences at the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia was completed in 2012. His career at the Health Research and Development Agency began in 2006 as a staff member of the Budget Subdivision. In 2012, he was entrusted to become Head of the Budget Subdivision of the Health Research and Development Agency Secretariat, and in 2016 became Head of the Verification and Accounting Subdivision of the Health Research and Development Agency Secretariat. Since 2020, he has been a functional official of the National Budget Budget Approval System (APBN). His assignment as a Commitment Making Officer has been in place since 2017 until now.

Anwar Sidiq, A.Md

Born in Tegal in 1998. Graduated with a Diploma 3 in Accounting from the State Finance Polytechnic of STAN in 2019, then continued his Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the Open University, graduating in 2024. Joined the Ministry of Health in 2020 as a financial manager at the Secretariat of the Health Research and Development Agency, which is now the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK). Since 2021, he has been entrusted with being the Assistant Expenditure Treasurer (BPP) until now he serves as the BPP of the Health Resource System Policy Center (Pusjak SSDK). Joined as an assessor in the Integrated Government Internal Control System Self-Assessment Team (SPIP-T) at the BKPK Secretariat work unit level in 2024-2025 and as an assessor of Pusjak SSDK in 2025. Saepulloh began his career at the Ministry of Health in 2015 at the Secretariat of the Health Research and Development Agency. He obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta in 2012. His assignment experience while working at the Balitbangkes Secretariat which is now the Health Development Policy Agency is as the Expenditure Treasurer of the Health Research and Development Agency Secretariat for the 2017-2021 period, as the Revenue Treasurer of the Health Development Policy Agency in 2022 and as the SPM Signing Officer (PPSPM) for one DIPA of the Health Development Policy Agency from 2023 to the present. His current Functional Position is as a supervisory APBN financial institution and is also assigned as the Person in Charge (PJ) of Treasury Substance in the Finance and BMN Working Team.

The combination of in-depth legal expertise with practical experience in central and regional government is an important asset in navigating regulatory and policy aspects in the health sector.

With a legal background, he graduated from the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, Surabaya. His career began when he was accepted as a civil servant at the Ministry of Health in March 2011. dr. Nelly Puspandari, Sp.MK

A doctor who graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of North Sumatra and the Specialist Doctor Education in Clinical Microbiology, FK UI. Before serving at the Ministry of Health, he served as a PTT Doctor at the Hedam Health Center, Jayapura. His assignment at the Ministry of Health began as a researcher of infectious diseases at the Center for Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Research, Health Research and Development Agency since 2008. In addition to being a researcher, he has also served as Head of the Sub-Division of Infectious Diseases and Head of the Sub-Division of Non-Infectious Diseases at the Center for Biomedical Research and Basic Health Technology. The change of the Research and Development Agency to the Health Development Policy Agency became the initial momentum for the functional change of researchers to Policy Analysts at the Pusjak SKK SDK. Novi Budianti, SKM, MKM

A graduate of the Bachelor of Public Health (Education and Behavioral Sciences) from the Faculty of Public Health, Diponegoro University and a Master of Health Policy and Law from the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia, began his career at the Secretariat of the Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Health in December 2009. Served as Secretary of the Secretary of the Research and Development Agency (2010–2011), then switched to a public relations institution with various public relations and protocol training. Since 2021, he has served as a Young Expert Policy Analyst at the BKPK Secretariat, active in policy implementation research management and regional development of the Ministry of Health to support the transformation of central-regional health. Since 2022, he has been entrusted as the Coordinator of the Ministry of Health's Policy Quality Index (IKK) measurement agency together with the State Administration Institute. Iram Barida Barida Maisya has been working at the Ministry of Health since 2006. Prior to serving as a Policy Analyst at the Health Development Policy Agency, she has a track record as a researcher with a primary interest in maternal health, adolescent health, and reproductive health. A graduate of Biostatistics and a Master of Health Policy from the University of Indonesia, she has also been active as an Editor of the SINTA 2-accredited Reproductive Health Journal since 2011. Outside of her research activities, she is involved in various collaborations with institutions such as WHO, UNFPA, UNICEF, BKKBN, BNN, Universities, and NGOs and plays a role in the technical team in Basic Health Research, Health Workforce Research, Cause of Death, Indonesian Nutritional Status Survey, and the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey.

Irfan Danar Nugraha, S.Sos

The staff member, born in Jakarta, is a graduate of Padjadjaran University. She has served the Ministry of Health for 15 years as a librarian. During the transformation from the Health Research and Development Agency to the Health Development and Development Agency (BKPK), she participated in librarian competency certification and assisted in the management of the Media Litbangkes journal, the Health Research Bulletin, and the Balitbangkes Publishing Institute. She is currently serving as a young expert librarian and is currently placed on the Policy Implementation Management work team under the auspices of the Health Development Policy Agency Secretariat.

Born in Gunung Intan, North Penajam Paser, East Kalimantan, she studied at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health in Surakarta and earned a Bachelor of Applied Occupational Therapy degree in 2022. Since June 2025, she has been accepted as a Civil Servant Candidate of the Ministry of Health and assigned to the Health Development Policy Agency as the First Expert Health Administrator on the Policy Implementation Management Working Team. In her role, she is involved in the implementation of monitoring and evaluation and the preparation of regional development reports, assistance in the assessment and preparation of Health Performance Index (IKK) reports, and the process of identifying issues/agenda setting for implementation research and policy studies.

Born in the Rainy City in May 1981, completed his undergraduate degree in 2003 at Gunadarma University majoring in Information Systems and his master's degree at the University of Indonesia in 2015 majoring in Health Promotion. Joined the Ministry of Health in 2008, appointed to the functional position of Policy Analyst from 2019 until now, based in the Secretariat of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK). In 2023 he was assigned to the Regional Development Working Team and from 2024 until now he was assigned to the Policy Implementation Management Working Team. In 2025 he became responsible for the activities of the Regional Development Secretariat of the Ministry of Health. During his time as a functional official of Policy Analyst, he was involved in writing 3 (three) books with fellow researchers and Policy Analysts.

Worked as an honorary staff at the POM Agency for 3 years, and 2 years at a health product/commodity registration consultant agency, then started joining the Ministry of Health in 2008 as a CPNS at KKP Class I Soekarno Hatta (now BKK) as a pharmacist, in 2016 joined the Directorate of Medical Device Supervision, Directorate General of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices, as a Health Administrator, since the end of 2024 joined the Health Development Policy Agency at the BKPK Secretariat. Prior to joining the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK), she participated in the MSIB Internship Program at the telemedicine company Halodoc as a Talent Scout Officer, with assignments in supporting the recruitment process and health human resource administration. Subsequently, she served as Research Support at the Center for Health Economics and Policy Studies (CHEPS) at the University of Indonesia. Currently, she serves as the First Expert Health Administrator at the BKPK Secretariat. Her interests and expertise developed according to her functional position include health administration, supporting policy formulation and implementation, preparing technical and administrative materials, and coordinating activities across units and stakeholders.

Graduated from the D3 Environmental Health program at the Jakarta II Health Polytechnic in 2010 and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Health with a major in Occupational Health and Safety from the Faculty of Health Sciences from Esa Unggul University, Jakarta. He joined the Ministry of Health in 2011 at the Secretariat of the Health Research and Development Agency as a member of the National Health Research management team until 2024 and has been the First Expert Planner in the Policy Implementation Management Working Team, BKPK Secretariat.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting from STIE Indonesia Jakarta, then continued his Masters in Public Health (Health Economics) at the University of Indonesia Depok. Started working at the Ministry of Health (Finance Sub-section of the Health Research and Development Agency) in March 2000. His structural career began in February 2006 when he was assigned as Head of the Evaluation and Reporting Sub-Division of the Health Research and Development Agency until February 2009, in February 2009 to December 2011 he was assigned as Head of the Program and Evaluation Sub-Division of the Ecology and Health Status Research and Development Agency of the Health Research and Development Agency, in November 2012 to January 2016 he was assigned as Head of the Finance, Personnel and General Affairs Sub-Division of the Health Research and Development Agency of the Health Research and Development Agency, and in January 2016 to December 2020 he was assigned as Head of the Treasury Sub-Division of the Health Research and Development Agency. Currently holds a functional position as an Associate Expert Human Resources Analyst. His career at the Ministry of Health began in 2008. From 2008 to 2024 he served at the Health Human Resources Development and Empowerment Agency and then changed its nomenclature to the Directorate General of Health Workers. During his career, he served as Head of the Employee Development Subdivision (echelon IV/a) of the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Health Workers until 2020. In December 2020, he received a position equivalency from echelon IV/a to JF Junior Expert Human Resources Analyst. From 2020 to 2024 he served as Sub-Coordinator of Employee Development at the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Health Workers. He was a member of the Human Resources Analyst Functional Position Agency Assessment Team. He was also the Secretariat Coordinator for the Lecturer, Laboratory Assistant, and Instructor Functional Position Agency Assessment Team at the Ministry of Health. Started his career at the Ministry of Health in 2009 as a staff member for the completion of Audit Reports (LHP) of the BPK and the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) in the Finance subsection at the Secretariat of the Health Research and Development Agency and as a coordinator for the completion of LHP at the Health Research and Development Agency (Badan Litbangkes) until now where the Litbangkes Agency has become the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK). He also served as Assistant Expenditure Treasurer from 2022 to 2024. A Diploma 3 Accounting graduate, currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. She joined the Ministry of Health in 2022 as a Skilled State Budget Financial Planner, and currently serves as Assistant Expenditure Treasurer (BPP) for Office Services at the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK). Head of the Management Support Working Team Joni Pahridi, SE, MIP Joni Pahridi earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Lampung and a Master of Government Science degree from the University of Lampung. Joni also holds a professional certification as a Qualified Government Internal Audit (QGIA) from the Internal Audit Education Foundation. His career at the Ministry of Health began in December 2008 at the Health Research and Development Agency (Balitbangkes). Early in his career (2009-2013), he was assigned to the Leadership and Protocol Administration Section, Secretariat General, as a member of the Minister's speech/directive writing team, and as an assessment team for Community Service Assistance. In 2013, he returned to his post at Balitbangkes, Joni was involved in the National Health Research (Riskesnas) management team as the Secretary of Central Management tasked with planning and organizing national-scale health research, including Sirkesnas 2016, Risnakes 2017, Riskesdas 2018. Experience as a Structural official who has been assigned is as Head of the Personnel Sub-Section of the Balitbangkes Secretariat and Head of the Administration and General Sub-Section of the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK) Secretariat. Achmad Syarif is a graduate of Informatics Engineering from Indraprasta PGRI University in 2018. Syahril is an Operational Service Administrator. He joined the Health Research and Development Agency as a civil servant in 1995 as an honorary driver for a pick-up truck and head of the Health Research and Development Agency and in 2000 he was transferred to become a security guard at the Health Research and Development Agency and became a Danru after attending training at Secom Ciawi for 2 weeks and received a certificate. In 2014, I was appointed as a civil servant at the Health Research and Development Agency. In 2015, I participated in the pre-service training at Cianjur Diciloto.
