The 2025 BKPK Town Hall Encourages Civil Servant Collaboration Through the Substitute Role Concept

Jakarta – The Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK) held an activity Town Hall The 2025 BKPK Meeting took place on Tuesday, December 23, in the Ars Longa Room at the BKPK Office. This event served as an open communication forum between BKPK leadership and all civil servants to strengthen synergy, collaboration, and internal organizational transformation.

Carrying the theme "Building BKPK ASN Collaboration for Impactful Health Policies", Town Hall This year's event was presented in a different and innovative way, featuring a role-playing concept. Several BKPK employees took on the roles of leaders, including the Head of BKPK, to deliver remarks, provide guidance, and respond to ideas presented by participants through a role-playing cosplay concept.

Zulfah Nur Aini, SIPus, a BKPK employee who appears as Secretary of BKPK (Idea Pitching on Stage), submit a report on the implementation of activities Town Hall. In his report, Zulfa said that "Town Hall This is a collaborative dialogue space to strengthen the sense of belonging (sense of ownership) towards the direction of organizational policy," said Zulfa.

""The main objective is to strengthen two-way communication and encourage active participation of civil servants in conveying innovations. This forum is expected to foster a culture of ongoing dialogue, not just a ceremonial activity," he emphasized.

The highlight of the event was filled with sessions Leader's Talk delivered by Khoiri Jinan SS, who acts as the Head of BKPK. In his remarks and directions read by Jinan, he emphasized the transformation of BKPK as policy think tank credible health.

"Activity Town Hall "This is a strategic forum for conveying performance evaluations, accommodating employee aspirations by conducting open dialogue between leaders and employees, strengthening shared commitments, and increasing employee capacity," said Jinan.

  • Human Resources Development: All employees are encouraged to master data analysis, policy writing, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

Jinan stated more firmly, "BKPK will not be big because of one leader, but because of the collaboration of all employees," he said.

Activity Town Hall filled with various interactive sessions, such as idea pitching by BKPK personnel who were responded to directly by the leadership, interactive discussions with the Head of BKPK, ice breaker, employee appreciation ceremonies, and entertainment from the BKPK Band. The entire event took place in a warm, participatory atmosphere, filled with a spirit of togetherness.
