A case of incomplete uterine rupture of a multipara woman, with aterm pregnancy is reported. Oxitocyne infuse and Kristeller was given, and clinically was found cephalo pelvic disproportion. Finally laparatomy Cesarian and supra vaginal hysterectomy surgery was done to the patient.
Non-rebreating inhalation anaesthesia using N2O, halothane and oxygen was performed in a 6 months old infant. Breathing was controlled using pavulon. The duration of operation was 50 minutes. On recovery, breathing volume and frequency was inadequate. The body temperature decreased to less than 35 degree C. Breathing returned to normal after the body temperature was raised to 36.5 degree C.
